根据9月12日国务院常务会议精神，中人会-漕河泾新兴技术开发区新加坡综合服务站于2025年10月8日正式挂牌成立。综合服务站由漕河泾新兴技术开发区授权中国人力资源同业公会管理运营。公会副秘书长、海外综合服务平台（Overseas Integrated Service Hub (OISH)）总干事周晔先生为新加坡服务站挂牌，并向站长GUAN JIA女士颁发了站长任命书。

新加坡综合服务站为投资当地的中资企业提供包括人力资源、劳资合规、财税法务、工商、跨境并购等企业运营诸多方面的支持服务。与中国使馆、当地政府、商会、合作伙伴、利益相关方等建立并发展建设性的关系，在重大问题和危机事件中，保护中资出海企业利益。

新加坡综合服务站也为新加坡企业投资中国提供极大便利。通过海外站点与我们境内团队的直接对接，境外投资者可以更高效地了解中国的投资政策、方便地远程办理各种手续，无需事事入境亲临现场。

漕河泾新兴技术开发区新加坡综合服务站地的建立是开发区主动“走出去”，去境外招商引资的一项开拓性举措，也是开发区积极向园区企业提供ODI（对外投资）延展服务的重要里程碑。

In accordance with the State Council Executive Meeting on September 12, the Singapore Integrated Service Station of HASA-Caohejing Hi-Tech Park was officially established on October 8, 2025. The integrated service station is managed and operated by HASA, authorized by the Caohejing Hi-Tech Park. Mr. Bright Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General of HASA and Director-General of the Overseas Integrated Service Hub (OISH), officially launched the Singapore service station and presented the appointment letter to Ms. Guan Jia, the station director.

The Singapore Integrated Service Station provides support services to Chinese companies investing in Singapore, including human resources, labor compliance, finance, taxation, legal affairs, business registration, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and other aspects of business operations. The station will develop and keep constructive connections with the Chinese Embassy, local government organs, chambers of commerce, partners, and stakeholders, protecting the interests of Chinese companies going overseas in critical issues and crises.

The station also provides significant convenience for companies from Singapore to invest in China. Through direct connections between our overseas stations and our domestic teams, foreign investors can more efficiently understand China's investment policies and conveniently handle various procedures remotely, without travelling to China in-person.

The establishment of the station is a pioneering initiative of Caohejing Hi-Tech Park's efforts to actively "Go Global" and attract overseas investment. It also marks a significant milestone to provide extended ODI (outbound investment) services for companies of the Caohejing Hi-Tech Park.

我们首批海外综合服务站落地美国：旧金山、日本：东京、横滨、名古屋、大阪，以及新加坡和南非约翰内斯堡。

Our first batch of overseas integrated service stations are located in San Francisco, USA; Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, and Osaka, Japan; Singapore; and Johannesburg, South Africa.

这仅仅是个开始，第二批落地城市正在积极推进中，2025年底前中人会将完成重点国家和地区海外综合服务站的建立，为出海企业参与国际合作与竞争提供有力支撑。

此外，我们也邀请在海外的热心人士加入我们的站点建设，进一步完善为中国企业服务的海外综合服务体系。

This is just a beginning. The second batch of cities is under active development. By the end of 2025, HASA will have accomplished the establishment of overseas integrated service stations in major countries and regions, providing strong support for Chinese companies going global to help them in international cooperation and competition.

In addition, we invite enthusiastic professionals overseas to join us in the development of OISH (Overseas Integrated Service Hub) to further enhance the integrated overseas service system for Chinese companies.
