Huayuan Land Port Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. Organizes Mobilization Meeting to Implement Group's Compliance and Quality Improvement Spirit
On the morning of September 10, 2026, Huayuan Land Port Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. held a mobilization meeting to implement the Group's spirit of "Further Strengthening Compliance Awareness and Comprehensively Improving Trade Operation Quality." Chaired by Kang Lei, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman, the meeting was attended by the company's leadership team, department heads, subsidiary leaders, and middle-level cadres.
Conveying Group Spirit: Upholding Compliance and Reshaping Development
Chairman Kang Lei conveyed the speech of Group Chairman Gu Jianchun, who emphasized focusing on trade business, establishing a correct view of performance, and strengthening the concept of "risk control first, efficiency second, scale third." The goal is to ensure all business activities remain on a legal, compliant, high-quality, and efficient track.
Three Key Points from Chairman Gu
First, raise political awareness that "compliance is the bottom line, quality is the lifeline." Second, adhere to a problem-oriented approach to analyze root causes of non-compliant behaviors. Third, make targeted efforts to ensure healthy and sustainable trade development. Chairman Gu urged everyone to learn from past lessons, prevent systemic risks, and create results that stand the test of time.
Deploying Rectification: Reviewing Past Actions and Clearing Risks
Vice General Managers Hou Qingzhou and Ji Qiaoling led the study of regulatory documents regarding enterprise management and prohibitions on false trade. Deputy General Manager Di Baoying launched a "look-back" plan to review previous rectification results, requiring all levels to re-examine and clear any suspicious business clues identified during audits and self-inspections.
Unifying Thinking: The Dialectical Relationship Between Compliance and Development
Chairman Kang Lei stressed that strengthening compliance does not mean banning trade or halting expansion. Instead, it targets false trade, empty rotation, and high-risk operations while addressing illegal practices and inadequate risk controls. He clarified that compliance and development are complementary: development without compliance is risky, while compliance without development is stagnant. Both must be pursued simultaneously to fulfill the mission of state-owned enterprises.
Three Requirements for High-Quality Development
To implement the Group's spirit, Chairman Kang Lei outlined three requirements:
- Accurately grasp the direction of "strict compliance with uninterrupted development": Avoid "one-size-fits-all" shutdowns and passive compliance.
- Reshape a new ecosystem of standardized operations: Conduct comprehensive business reviews and risk assessments. Focus on eliminating non-compliant businesses, strengthening core compliant operations, and improving the risk control system.
- Foster a culture of responsibility: Leadership must balance risk control with development. All staff should embrace the philosophy that "compliance is the greatest performance," creating an environment where development hinges on quality.
The meeting concluded with a call to abandon misconceptions and fear of challenges. Employees are urged to understand the core requirements of "strict supervision, compliance assurance, quality improvement, and development promotion." By adhering to compliance and pursuing practical development, the company aims to achieve its annual operational targets through compliant, large-scale, and high-quality trade growth.
