2020年7月21日，据美国国家法律评论报道，自2020年6月初以来，美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）在有效食品接触性物质（FCS）清单中增加了五种类别的物质。清单中的食品接触物质是指“已证明其预期用途是安全的”的物质。这五种物质包括在以下条目编号中：
