In June 2020, Johnny Cui Law Firm was the only legal services institution included in the directory of “Southeast Asia Research Institutions”published by the Southeast Asia Research Center of Xiamen University.

Mr. Cui has over 15 years of experience in legal practice. Mr. Cui holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nanjing University . He has extensive practical experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and trade matters involving enterprises between China and ASEAN countries.
Mr. Cui also serves as a contributing commentator on Southeast Asia–related topics for several media outlets, including Lianhe Zaobao (Singapore) and Xiamen Television. A number of his articles on Southeast Asian economic and legal issues have been published or republished by international media, including The Wall Street Journal (United States), Lianhe Zaobao (Singapore), and THINK CHINA of Singapore Press Holdings.
Since 2017, Mr. Cui has been engaged as Legal Counsel for China Affairs to the ASEAN Enterprise Association, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing legal services for ASEAN enterprises in connection with their commercial projects in China.
