致敬师者，传承师恩｜教师节走进西海岸特殊教育中心

9月9日，教师节前夕，中港通集团携手青岛自贸片区综合党委，再次走进西海岸特殊教育中心，看望特教老师和学生，为他们送上节日问候。

On September 9, ahead of Teachers’ Day, ZG-Express Group joined the Qingdao Free Trade Zone Comprehensive Party Committee in visiting the Qingdao West Coast Special Education Center to meet with teachers and students and extend holiday greetings.

座谈交流中，孟校长介绍了近期教育教学及学校发展情况。随后，大家走进校园、走进课堂，近距离感受特教老师的日常工作。

During the meeting, Principal Meng shared an overview of the school’s recent educational programs and development. The group then toured the campus and visited classrooms to gain a closer look at the daily work of special education teachers.

活动中，中港通与自贸片区综合党委为老师送上鲜花，为学生准备了零食，以简单的心意表达节日的问候与敬意。

多年来，中港通持续走进西海岸特殊教育中心，看望师生、了解学校情况，把这份关注一直延续下来。

During the event, ZG-Express Group and the Qingdao Free Trade Zone Comprehensive Party Committee presented flowers to the teachers and prepared snacks for the students, expressing their holiday greetings and appreciation.

For years, ZG-Express Group has continued to visit the Qingdao West Coast Special Education Center, staying connected with its teachers and students and keeping its support ongoing.

今年教师节，中港通也将“师恩”延伸到企业内部，开展“师恩传承”活动。

我们向曾在员工入职、成长过程中给予指导和帮助的带教师傅送上鲜花和贺卡，感谢他们把经验和方法传递给后来者。

This Teachers’ Day, ZG-Express Group extended the spirit of appreciation to our workplace through the “Mentorship Appreciation” initiative.

We presented flowers and cards to the mentors who guided and supported our employees throughout their onboarding and professional growth, thanking them for passing on their knowledge and experience.

“传帮带、共同成长”，不仅是一种工作方式，也是一份持续的接力。从师傅带徒弟，到今天的徒弟成为明天的师傅，工作中的经验、方法和责任，在一次次传授与实践中留下来，也融入每个人的成长。

 这个教师节，致敬每一位老师，也感谢每一位曾经教过我们、带我们成长的人。

“Mentorship and shared growth” is more than a way of working—it is a culture of passing knowledge forward. From mentors guiding new employees to today’s mentees becoming tomorrow’s mentors, knowledge, experience, and responsibility continue to be shared and carried forward.

This Teachers’ Day, we honor every teacher and thank everyone who has guided us and helped us grow.
