岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1.主动挖掘潜在客户与业务机会，推动业绩增长。
Develop solid opportunity pipelines and drive revenue growth.

3.完成个人及区域业务指标。

4.定制专业物流解决方案，高效完成投标文件（RFQ/RFP）提交。
Prepare professional logistics solutions and lead the end-to-end RFQ/RFP submission process.
5.协同团队交叉销售Rhenus全系服务。
Cross-sell the full Rhenus suite of services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
6.定期组织客户会议，同步项目进展，解决痛点并挖掘新需求。
Organize regular meetings with clients and project teams to report on progress, address challenges, and identify new opportunities.
职位要求 / Requirements:
1.本科以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree and above.
2.在物流行业有3年以上工作经验者优先考虑。
More than 3 years working experience in logistics industry is preferred.
3.优秀的沟通和组织能力。
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4.优秀的英语听/说/写/读技能。
Excellent English skill in listening/speaking/writing/reading.

客服专员
Customer Service Specialist
岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1.负责处理日常海运/空运进出口货物的全流程协调与跟进。
Handle the end-to-end coordination of daily import and export shipments via ocean and air.
2.对接海外分公司及代理，全程跟进订单状态及货物出运事宜。
Liaise with overseas offices and agents on order status, shipment tracking, and dispatch arrangements.
3.对接客户，全力满足客户需求。
Liaise with customers to proactively address their needs and ensure service satisfaction.
4.协同操作部门全程跟踪货物动态，及时解决货物运输过程中出现的问题。
Coordinate with the operations team to track shipments end-to-end, and resolve issues arising during transportation.

1.熟练掌握Office办公软件。

Oecan Freight Pricing Specialist
岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1.负责海运报价工作。
Handle ocean freight quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
2.与航运公司建立并保持良好的合作关系。
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines.
3.负责拖车供应商和内装仓库的沟通，并保持良好的合作关系。
Liaise with trailer suppliers and consolidation warehouses, and maintain strong working relationships.
4.支持销售团队，提供有竞争力的报价。
Support the sales team by providing competitive quotations.
5.支持和配合中国区采购部门的工作。
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department in China on procurement activities.
6.参与投标的海运费的报价工作。
Participate in ocean freight quotation for country RFQ/Bidding.
7.每周一次市场情报收集与贸易团队的定期对话。
Gather market intelligence and hold weekly meetings with the Trade team.
职位要求 / Requirements:
1.大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
2.3-4年以上国际物流行业从业经验。
More than 3-4 years’ experience in international logistics industry.
3.具有 OOG、BESS 和 DG 物流背景者优先考虑。
OOG, BESS and DG logistics background is preferable.
