Xuping Zhang
Director of Model Validation in Global Risk Management of Scotiabank. She has been with the Bank for over 8 years and leads a team in charge of validating capital market derivative valuation and risk measurement models. Prior to joining Scotia, Xuping studied and conducted research in the area of Financial Mathematics in McMaster University.
Neng Wan
Aaron Wan, Manager of Customer Analytics and Business Analysis in Decision Science department at Scotiabank. Aaron Graduated from University of Waterloo in 2007 with double honor degree in Actuarial and Statistics. He has over 7 years progressive analytical experience with major Canadian financial institutions. He was working as a Data Analyst at President's Choice Financial Group before joining Scotiabank. Working location – 20 Queen Street West (right beside Eaton Centre).
Wei Jiang
Manager of Credit Risk Models, Global Risk Management - International Retail Risk Management. Wei attended the University of Toronto for actuarial science and economics in undergrad. He served on the consulting team of a small market research firm for two and half years providing data visualization support prior to joining Scotiabank at the beginning of this year, during which period he concurrently completed a master's degree in statistics. Wei enjoys reading and painting during his spare time, albeit the final delivery is half-assed. He is delighted to meet fellow banking professionals. Working location - 4 King West
Selina Lu
Analyst of Corporate Credit risk Analytics. Previously worked at International Banking Comptrollers and Global Wholesale Services at Scotiabank. Selina graduated from University of Toronto BBA program and would like to meet fellow professionals from the Bank.
