Data Analyst x2

Requirements

• Experience in statistics, machine learning and data mining

• Basic data science and machine learning knowledge

• Passion for learning new tools and technologies

• Programming skills in Python, Perl, Java or similar languages

• Familiar with SQL and at least one of the advanced stats tools

• Big data analytics tools (e.g Hadoop, Mahout, Map-Reduce, etc) is an asset

• Entrepreneurial Spirit

Marketing Analyst

Mandate:

• Develop a trusted relationship with clients and career consultants

• Identify customer profiles and characteristics identify opportunities for targeting

• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities and to recommend strategies that address

client-specific needs

• Design promotional materials to engage target audiences

• Provide coordination and project management to ensure event success

• Oversee day-to-day management of various marketing channels (Facebook, LinkedIn,etc.)

• Improve products, services, and procedures

• Support management team for ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills including ability to present

concepts verbally

• Experience in integrated communication, e-marketing, and social marketing

• Knowledge of graphic design principles, layout and online material

• Excellent research skill

• Experience using MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Quark Xpress

and/or InDesign;

• Proficiency with statistical or data mining software (SPSS, R, Matlab, Python, Perl)

• Proven analytical skill and critical thinking
