Keynote : Leadership in an Age of Complexity and Uncertainty
In the backdrop of a weak global economic recovery and a highly competitive landscape, large financial organizations are facing profound regulatory changes. The combination of these factors is resulting in a growing need for leaders, at various levels within such organizations, to effectively manage complexity and uncertainty while implementing significant changes.
