一开始，这个想法只是源于贝街论坛的一些Professionals自发地去帮助在贝街论坛做volunteers的在校生。但在不知不觉中，两个多月过去了，这种自发行为“直接导致”了贝街目前已有了40余位导师，帮助了近150位学员。那么大家伙凑到一块商量了一下，一拍即合，索性建立贝街上的“金融魔法学校”!
a. Reading assignments/case study will be handed out to help students improve in the long-term. Homework can be accomplished by as an individual or as a group.
a. Each month, a general meeting is held for students to meet their potential mentors. Successful candidates will be chosen for an 8-week period of mentoring.
a. A mentee will meet with one’s mentors for 4 times within 8 weeks. A mentor will give advice on future career development planning.
