#294519 Reporting Analyst - BMO (Contract Position)

Requirements

Back office/operations experience - (1-2Y)

Excel - (1-2Y)

Communication Skills - (1-2Y)

Understanding of Accounting Principles and Finance - (1-2Y) 【Not Required】

Working Hours & LOB

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (with 2-3 Saturdays annually)

LOB: Global Middle Office (T&O)

Internal Description

Responsible for delivering quality business requirements based on business analysis of required changes to processes, functions and/or products

Work with the business, Information Technology & Project Management Office stakeholders to develop requirements and ensure these are reflected in system and business process deliverables

Responsibilities

We report the P&L on a daily basis to our traders in Capital Markets to ensure all information is accurate

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Reconciliation from the booking system to the General Ledger.

Various other maintenance duties, ex updating of procedures manuals, etc.

Interacting with traders, finance, accounting, audit, and other BMO depts
