长周末结束，但欢乐不止，小伙伴们聚起来！贝街论坛迎来了2015年九月第一个公司群推广—Scotiabank! 目前Scotiabank公司群下设有3个子群：
1. Plaza Division (Downtown – 4 King W, 40 King West
2. Bay Division (Downtown - 44 King West)
3. Eaton Division (Downtown – Yonge & Dundas)

1. 不再局限于social and lunch, 定期开展internal mini-talk/ seminar, 干货guaranteed。其他部门运营之道全知晓。
2. 不再局限于professionals之间互动，professionals paired with student coordinators，公司群管理更加有效。同时students可以得到职场人士指点与帮助。
3. Internal job opportunities sharing (exclusive to the employees of that company for now) 部门之间换工作从未如此轻松。

Division Group Manager （ScotiaBank employees only）

● 参加贝街组织的Lunch & Learn, 了解公司其它部门，拓展职业选择

Coordinator（仅限在读或刚毕业学生）
由于贝街公司群已有近800人，为了缓解群主定期组织活动的时间压力，现面向GTA地区在读或刚毕业的学生招聘coordinators，以协助群主组织公司群活动。
● 与群主形成mentor-mentee关系，得到群主亲自指导, 为今后找工作打下坚实基础,领先他人
● 每两个月rotate 一次，可以换到其它分区或公司群

Xuping Zhang, Director of Model Validation, Global Risk Management
She has been with the Bank for over 8 years and leads a team in charge of validating capital market derivative valuation and risk measurement models. Prior to joining Scotia, Xuping studied and conducted research in the area of Financial Mathematics in McMaster University.
Aaron Wan, Senior Manager, Global Procurement
Aaron, 现任职于加拿大丰业银行客户分析部门高级经理，专门负责客户分析，商业分析以及决策支持。在加入丰业银行之前，他曾任职于PC Financial Group，Regal Gifts Corp. and RBC Dominion Securities.
Wei Jiang, Manager of International Retail Credit Risk Models.
Upon graduation from U of T, Wei spent almost 3 years in a market research firm serving on the consulting team providing data analysis and visualization support. Prior to joining Scotiabank in 2014, he completed a part-time Master in Statistics while working. His valuable insights will benefit many who wish to pursue a career in risk management.
