We are looking for two junior to mid level resources who have 3 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial or banking industry.
MUST haves:
- business analysis experience
- Capital market experience
- SQL experience
-Testing experience is a strong asset
- knowledge of one of Summit, Calypso or MarkitWire systems is strong asset
As a Business Analyst, the successful candidate will be a member of a team responsible for supporting both the business and technical requirements of the Summit, Calypso, and MarkitWire systems. The candidate will:
• Provide timely support to key system stakeholders such as Front Office Trading and Marketing, Operations & Finance, Treasury Credit, Risk Management, Middle Office, Quantitative Analysis, and offshore units to resolve client application issues.
• Co-ordinate support, development, testing, and implementation of application changes required to any new and existing system functionality.
• Provide prompt completion timelines, documentation and descriptions for projects and coordinate with various groups to meet specified target dates.
• Initiate, spearhead, and document on ad hoc projects aiming at streamlining business process.
• Support a work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork.
• Outside business hour support may be required.
