可是你曾想过这背后付出的艰辛和他们承受的巨大压力吗？这一条路走下来会遇到哪些挑战？

首先创业本身就不是一件容易的事，俗话说得好，十个创业的里面九个半都经历过很多次失败，创业本身就是磨炼人意志的过程，这中间总会有大大小小各种磨难，更不要提在人生地不熟的异国他乡闯出一片自己的天地了。

也许有人会认为，那为什么创业这么难，有的人还要到处折腾不享受安稳的生活呢？

今天小编要介绍三位大牛，他们来自不同的领域，但都在各自的领域取得非常了不起的成就。

Victor Xu

Victor is one of the founders of Liakada Capital. A Toronto based advisory firm who focuses on facilitating investment activities between Canada & China. He provides overall leadership to the firm. His expertise lies in high-level planning, international strategy and financial analysis.

Victor also has significant public company corporate development experience through roles within the international strategy group at LoyaltyOne where he supported LoyaltyOne’s international expansion and new business launches.

Victor also participated in the M&A target selection & analysis and integration of the acquisition into LoyaltyOne's overall corporate strategy and vision.

Victor is a graduate from the Richard Ivey Business School where he earned a Master of Science in Management / CEMS degree.

Stephen Xiao

Stephen is the founder of SINO Investment. A student owned corporation based in London(ON), which focuses on investing in real enterprise and financial assets across Chinese and U.S markets.

He leads his corporation with the mission of " transforming education into the real world investing". He came to Canada in 2010 and finished his high school education in Hamilton. Afterwards, he went to Western University taking finance and philosophy double major program since 2014 On the second year, he was elected to be the Vice President of Chinese Student Scholars Association.

To strike a balance among work, school, student activities are his strength.

Dr. Sean X. Zhang

Dr. Sean X. Zhang is an Ontario lawyer and an Intellectual Property and Corporate Law Partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP. Dr. Zhang is also a patent agent registered to practice before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a trademark agent registered with CIPO.

Dr. Zhang advises clients on the development and enforcement of intellectual property (IP) protection of technology, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, obtaining and enforcing patents, opinion work regarding patentability, trade-mark applications and trade-mark opposition proceedings, industrial design applications, infringement and validity of patent, trade-mark, and industrial design, and all aspects of the clearance, acquisition, enforcement and exploitation of patents, trade-marks, copyright, and industrial designs.

Dr. Zhang advises technology companies on corporate law matters and commercial transactions, such as incorporation of business, shareholder and corporate governance matters and agreements, joint ventures and more generally on Canadian business law. Dr. Zhang supports these companies in their ongoing business operations and growth, with advice on shareholder and partnership agreements, financing and investment, business acquisition and employment and contractor relationships. Dr. Zhang also has an active China related practice.

Dr. Zhang speaks frequently at international and domestic conferences on legal issues pertaining to protection and management of intellectual property and related cross-border issues and has been invited as guest lecturer or invited speaker at various IP training programs by U.S., Canadian and Chinese governments at all levels and by universities.
