M&A Analyst


Job Description
A large electric power operator and utility construction company based in China with its headquarter in Beijing is now hiring. In addition to owning and operating multiple power plants in China, it also has international operations in countries like Singapore and Africa, and etc.

The company is entering the North American market through M&A projects that target to invests in assets located in North America. As a result, the company is looking to hire analyst to join the business development / M&A team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in execution of deals
• Management and administration of deal flows / information and reporting upwards
• Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
• Communication with external professionals and internal teams when required
• Responsible for administrative tasks under the instruction of senior colleagues
Skills & Requirements
• 0-1 year of related experience
• A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse needs
• Experience in creating and reviewing models, valuations and pitch presentations
• Take a more leading role in company presentations
• Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills
• Majored in business, commerce, engineering or related specialties
• Extensive travel required in both China and Canada

Documentation Analyst


Job Description
One of the five banks is now hiring entry level documentation analyst. It is a contract position with minimum 3 month duration.

• Fluent in spoken English
• Strong excel knowledge
• Finance or engineer background
