Bay Street Professionals Group的数位Retail Banking领域专业人士精心打造了Retail Banking & Wealth Management 系列讲座。其中，第一场全景 Overview 将在University of Toronto Mississauga举行，同时这也是2016年贝街校园巡讲首站。这次系列独具匠心地针对三大环节从理论到实战进行了深度剖析。

四位speakers将分享一路从职场新人到行业佼佼者的心路历程，和大家聊聊目前多伦多的金融业Retail Banking现状以及职业规划。

Lending: 以案例形式讲解零售贷款业务实战经验

Wealth: 面对不同客户该如何做投资策略分析与资产分配

Trading: 如何选择online broker，个人开户与交易精华技巧

Speakers

Sophia Cheng (BMO, Mortgage Specialist)

Sophia Cheng currently works as a Mortgage Specialist in BMO. She covers mostly GTA area and has been with BMO for over two years.

Prior to joining BMO, Sophia studied statistic and mathematics in U of T.

During her time at U of T, she did a few internships in different financial institutes. She is also experienced in retail credit analysis. Upon graduation, she decided to join in the retail banking industry.

She has great passion in helping people and deliver bigger impact to organizations. She enjoys travelling and study interior design in her spare time.

Amily Wang (BMO, Mortgage Specialist)

Amily is a mortgage specialist who is always passionate about solving problems and challenges.

She came to Canada in Jan. 2014 and finished her Global Business Management post-graduate program in one year and a half. Then she got hired by BMO before graduation.

Back in China, Amily was a business account manager at Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. She was responsible for leveraging all resources to meet major accounts’ business needs and promote the company’s products and solutions.

With years of sales and marketing experiences, she joined Bay street mentorship program in 2015 to help young graduates.

Sean Fang, CFP (BMO, Financial Planner)

Master of Management in Accounting and Finance, graduated from University of Windsor.

Sean has nine years in the Sales and Services industry, with five years of experience in the retail banking. He worked as Financial Services Manager in BMO from November 2011 to September 2014, and ranked #1 in district in 2014 before leaving the position.

Sean is working as Financial Planner in BMO Investment Inc. since September 2014. Currently rank #1 nationally (without rookies).

Murphy Jia (TD, Financial Advisor)

Senior Financial Services Representative/Investment Consultant with TD Canada Trust.

Murphy has over two years Retail Banking experience with different roles including Customer Service Representative and Secure Desk Operator.

Murphy has intensive knowledge in personal/small business financial products, investments, credit applications, mortgages and wealth management.

关于贝街校园巡讲

在2015年，贝街校园巡讲陆续走过UT St. George campus, Waterloo, Western, Ryerson，20多位导师为近300名高校学生讲解加拿大金融市场与职业规划。

我们收获的不仅仅是看到了学生们对于金融行业的热情和对于进入Bay Street工作的渴望，更多的是看到了在安省各个高校中有这么多勤奋好学，有思想有能力的学弟学妹在为自己的未来奋斗打拼。

导师们更是在奉献了自己的业余时间甚至宝贵的周末到各个校园和大家毫无保留的分享他们的求职经历，同时在得到大家的积极反馈之后，2016贝街校园巡讲整装待发，今年我们会为更多的华人学生提供内容更丰富的校园讲座，希望通过导师们的分享，给予即将毕业，或还在为选择专业方向彷徨的学弟学妹们最直接最有效的帮助。

Bay Street Professionals Group

Bay Street Professionals Group目前是加拿大最大的金融职业交流综合性平台之一。从2011年成立至今，累计举办讲座百余场，现各子平台有专业人士和学生近15,000人。
