国际快递的样品，有的收费，有的不收费，这关键是看样品的货值。但是，不管收费样还是免费样，运费一定是要收件人支付的! 这里有三种不同层次的寄样方法，保证对买卖双方都有好处！
Some international express samples need to be charged but some are not. It depends on the value of products. But no matter it is paid or free of charge, recipients must pay the freight! There are three different ways to send samples, which are good for both the buyer and the seller!
1.最优寄样方法 Optimal method of sending samples
客户安排快递公司人员到工厂所在地取件。
Customers arrange the express company staff to pick up from the factory.
对发样方来说，通过这种方式可以很好的避免日后的买家拒付样品到付费用的情形。
For senders’ part, in this way can they avoid the situation that buyers reject to pay the freight of sample.
对于买方来说这样可以避免自己的到付账号泄露，避免发样方频繁寄送样品(虽然他可以拒付，毕竟是令人头疼的事情)
For buyers, their accounts won’t be divulged. Therefore, they can avoid receiving samples frequently from senders (although they can refuse to pay, after all, it is disgusting)
如果你觉得说得不够清楚？不用着急，这里有一个实质的例子来解释给你们听吧。有一个格鲁吉亚的客户说要让快递到发样方公司取样(他说pay the shipping fees).当时，因为报的价是 CIF ，发样方公司以为他想让该公司作 FOB 。原来他说的是寄样的运费啊，呵呵。其实这样再好不过了，发样方公司只需要等快递公司取件就OK了。
Not clear enough? Don’t be worried, here is a case. A customer who is from Georgia required an express company to pick up the sample from sender’s company (he said, pay the shipping fees). At that time, the quotation is CIF, but the sender thought that FOB was required. Actually what he mentioned was freight. Aha, that was good! What the sender should do was just to wait for the express company.
2.较好寄样方法 Better method of sending samples

这也是一种不错的选择，由于到付快递公司要承担一定的风险，所以一般情况到付费用差不多是现付的2倍。真正的买家都懂这个，这时候发样方跟他讲一下，应该会打款到发样方账户!
This is also a good choice. You may cost double if you choose freight collect because the express company has to assume risks. The real buyers must know this , so they will pay in senders’ account if you tell them this way.
这里有一个例子可以让你们看得更清晰。有一个埃塞俄比亚的客户当时没有到付账号，他说可以打款过来让发样方现付发样。这样发样方就占有了主动权。而且现付的运费也要低很多。
Here is an example. An Ethiopia customer did not have an freight collect account, but he said he could pay in advance. Hence, the sender had the initiative and the freight was lower.
3. 一般的方法 General method

To be informed the freight collect account of the customer
这种情况应该说是最有风险的一种。在发样之前要致电快递公司，查询该账号的情况，是否可以做到付，还有他在该快递机构的信用记录(快递公司一般以收件人到付的付款情况考核信用等级)。在确认买家提供的账号可以到付，而且他的信誉不错的时候才可以寄样。
This must be the most risky one. Before sending samples, you have to call the express company to check whether the freight collect of this account is available and credit records of the express outfit (express company generally has credit assessment on recipients by the situation of freight payment) . You can send samples only when making sure that the account is available and the customer has good credit.
