1. 巴基斯坦今年前七个月对中国芝麻出口突破 1 亿美元

Pakistan's sesame seed exports to China exceeded 100 million US dollars in the first seven months of this year

根据中国海关总署最新贸易统计，在此期间巴基斯坦向中国出口超过 10.3 万吨芝麻，总货值约 1.05 亿美元。

对比去年同期，出口数量大幅上涨约 110%，出口货值增长 72%。中国已经成为巴基斯坦芝麻最重要的海外市场，双边农产品贸易保持强劲增长势头。

Pakistan's sesame seed exports to China surpassed one hundred million dollars during the first seven months of the current year.

According to the latest trade statistics from the General Administration of Customs of China, Pakistan exported over one hundred three thousand metric tons of sesame seeds to China during this period, generating a total value of about one hundred and five million dollars.

This performance reflects about one hundred and ten percent surge in volume and a seventy‑two percent increase in export value compared to the same period in the last year. China has become Pakistan's largest overseas market for sesame seeds, and bilateral agricultural trade maintains strong growth momentum.

巴基斯坦证券交易委员会（SECP）公布，2026 年 8 月该国新注册企业共计 4761 家，全国注册企业总数达到 311765 家。当月新注册数量较 7 月创下纪录的 5438 家有所回落。

该机构表示，8 月 99.9% 的企业注册均通过线上完成，当月有 3 家外国企业在巴基斯坦完成注册。

新注册企业中，2762 家为私营企业，1846 家为单人成员公司。行业方面，信息技术行业以 872 家新注册企业位居首位，其次是贸易行业 732 家、服务业 601 家、建筑业 295 家，旅游业新增 232 家企业。

地区分布上，旁遮普省新注册企业数量最多，达 2547 家；其次是伊斯兰堡 843 家、信德省 702 家、开伯尔‑普赫图赫瓦省 407 家；吉尔吉特‑巴尔蒂斯坦地区 151 家，俾路支省 111 家。

8 月共有 134 名外国投资者参与新设企业投资，其中 106 名来自中国。巴基斯坦证券交易委员会主席表示，企业注册数量持续走高，反映出企业家与投资者对巴基斯坦监管框架信心不断提升，也得益于数字化转型改革带来的便利。

SECP registers 4,761 new companies in August, total reaches 311,765

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) registered 4,761 new companies in August, taking the total number of registered companies in the country to 311,765, the regulator said on Friday.

The number of new registrations was lower than July, when a record 5,438 companies were registered.

According to the SECP, 99.9% of company registrations in August were completed online, while three foreign companies entered Pakistan during the month.

Of the newly registered businesses, 2,762 were private companies and 1,846 were single‑member companies.

The information technology sector led new registrations with 872 companies, followed by trading with 732 and services with 601. Construction accounted for another 295 new companies, while 232 were registered in tourism.

Punjab recorded the largest number of new registrations at 2,547, accounting for more than half of the national total.

Islamabad followed with 843 registrations, while Sindh recorded 702 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 407. Gilgit‑Baltistan registered 151 new companies and Balochistan 111.

The SECP said 134 foreign investors invested in newly registered companies during August, of whom 106 were Chinese.

The SECP chairman attributed the rise in corporate registrations to growing business confidence and the success of digital transformation initiatives.

巴基斯坦已发行一笔 30 亿美元双档欧元债券。

巴基斯坦财政部长穆罕默德·奥朗则布今日在伊斯兰堡出席由亚洲开发银行举办的“巴基斯坦财政可持续性税收高级国际对话会”时公布了这一利好消息。

他表示，这笔双档欧元债券是巴基斯坦历史上规模最大的单笔交易，这也体现出评级机构对巴基斯坦的外部认可。他指出，自去年 4 月以来，巴基斯坦已经获得三次信用评级上调。

他同时强调，本次债券的投资者来源十分多元，覆盖亚洲、中东、欧洲以及美国。广泛的投资者参与，表明国际社会对巴基斯坦经济重拾信心。

穆罕默德·奥朗则布称，巴基斯坦还在考虑发行伊斯兰债券、卢比计价美元结算债券以及熊猫债。发行上述债券旨在偿还成本高昂的短期债务，降低债务再融资风险。

财政部长着重表示，巴基斯坦的财政纪律已经具备一定可持续性。他提到，本国财政赤字现已降至 22 年来最低水平，并且已经连续三年实现初级财政盈余。

穆罕默德·奥朗则布重申，政府坚定推行结构性改革，避免国家重回以往繁荣‑衰退交替的循环。他表示，税收占国内生产总值（GDP）比重已经从 8.1% 提升至 10.3%，同时强调该领域仍有进一步提升空间。

在活动现场，财政部国务部长比拉尔·阿扎尔·基亚尼表示，国内资源筹措仍是巴基斯坦国家层面与财政工作的核心要务。他介绍了为提升税收占 GDP 比重正在采取的各项举措。

此前，巴基斯坦联邦税务局主席拉希德·马哈茂德·兰格里亚尔表示，过去两年半，联邦税务局实施了具有颠覆性的重大改革。税务局引入私营部门专业人才，并聘请第三方审计机构。同时，IRIS 3.0 税务系统即将上线，该系统的设计工作已基本完成。

Pakistan has issued a three-billion-dollar dual tranche Eurobond.

The positive development was shared by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb while speaking at the High-Level International Dialogue on Taxation for Fiscal Sustainability in Pakistan organized by Asian Development Bank (ADB), in Islamabad today.

He said this dual tranche Euro bond is single largest transaction in the history of Pakistan, emphasizing it reflects the external validation the country has received from the rating agencies. He noted that Pakistan has secured three credit-rating upgrades since April last year.

He also highlighted the diversified nature of the investors spanning Asia, Middle East, Europe and the United States. He said the broad participation demonstrates renewed confidence of the international community in the economy of Pakistan.

Muhammad Aurangzeb said Pakistan is also looking at Sukuks and rupee-denominated dollar-settled bonds and Panda Bonds. He said these are aimed at repaying short-term expensive debt and reducing our rollover risks. 

The Finance Minister underscored that there is a certain level of sustainability in terms of our fiscal discipline. He mentioned that our fiscal deficit is now at a 22-year low and that we have had three years of consecutive primary surpluses.

Muhammad Aurangzeb reaffirmed the government's determination to pursue structural reforms to ensure that the country does not return to the boom-and-bust cycles of the past. He said the tax to GDP ratio has increased from 8.1 percent to 10.3 percent, stressing that there is more to do in this regard.

Addressing the event, Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani said that domestic resource mobilization remains a critical national and fiscal priority for Pakistan. He highlighted the steps being taken to enhance the tax-to-GDP ratio.

Earlier, Chairman FBR Rashid Mahmood Langrial said they have undertaken fundamentally game changing reforms in the FBR in the last two and a half years. He said we have welcomed private sector expertise and brought in third party auditors. He said they are also launching IRIS 3.0 for which the design element has almost been completed.
