2026年8月20日至28日，由茂本供应链牵头组织的乌干达高端畜牧展采购团圆满完成为期8天的中国跨省考察行程。本次考察横跨中国上海、江苏、山东、河南、广东五大畜牧产业核心省份，先后走进7家国内头部畜牧加工与制造标杆工厂，围绕饲料、饲料加工设备、食品添加剂、集约化养殖、鸡笼鸡舍智能化、有机肥及加工设备、兽药研发、疫苗、畜牧养殖设备、肉品深加工等核心领域开展深度对接，多项合作意向现场达成，为中乌两国畜牧产业的务实合作注入了全新动力。
From August 20 to 28, 2026, the high-end livestock exhibition procurement delegation from Uganda, organized and led by Mallbem Supply Chain, successfully completed an 8-day cross-province inspection tour in China. This tour covered five major core provinces of China's livestock industry: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, and Guangdong. The delegation visited seven leading domestic livestock processing and manufacturing benchmark factories, conducting in-depth exchanges in key areas such as feed, feed processing equipment, food additives, intensive farming, intelligent chicken cages and coops, organic fertilizers and processing equipment, veterinary drug research, vaccines, livestock breeding equipment, and meat deep processing. Multiple cooperation intentions were reached on site, injecting new momentum into pragmatic cooperation in the livestock industry between China and Uganda.

考察期间，采购团先后到访国内头部饲料添加剂生产企业、现代化兽药疫苗研发基地、智能化畜牧养殖设备制造工厂等代表性点位，实地观摩自动化生产线运行流程，详细问询产品技术参数、产能交付周期、跨境物流方案等核心问题，与各企业的技术负责人、外贸团队展开多轮闭门磋商。
During the inspection, the procurement delegation successively visited leading domestic feed additive manufacturers, modern veterinary drug and vaccine research and development bases, and intelligent livestock farming equipment manufacturing factories, observing the operation processes of automated production lines on-site, inquiring in detail about core issues such as product technical parameters, production capacity and delivery cycles, and cross-border logistics solutions, and conducted multiple rounds of closed-door consultations with the technical heads and foreign trade teams of each enterprise.
乌干达近年来正全力推进本土畜牧产业升级，国内对高品质饲料、合规兽药、现代化养殖设备的需求持续攀升，此前大多通过第三方渠道采购，成本高、溯源难、交付周期不稳定。这次通过茂本供应链的直接对接，走进中国一线工厂亲眼看到了完整的生产流程和严苛的品控体系，对中国畜牧产品的性价比和技术实力有了最直观的信任，后续将推动乌干达本土畜牧行业协会与中国工厂建立长期直采合作机制。
In recent years, Uganda has been vigorously promoting the upgrading of its local livestock industry. Domestic demand for high-quality feed, compliant veterinary drugs, and modern farming equipment has been continuously rising. Previously, most of these were procured through third-party channels, which incurred high costs, made traceability difficult, and had unstable delivery cycles. This time, through direct connection via Mallbem Supply Chain, we visited first-tier factories in China and witnessed the complete production process and rigorous quality control system firsthand. This gave us the most direct trust in the cost-effectiveness and technical strength of Chinese livestock products. Moving forward, this will promote the establishment of a long-term direct procurement cooperation mechanism between the Ugandan local livestock industry association and Chinese factories.
近年来，东非各国正大力扩大家禽养殖产业规模，出台多项扶持政策鼓励青年群体投身家禽畜牧养殖赛道，乌干达更是将家禽业列为保障国民蛋白供给、提升农户收入的核心民生产业。随着当地养殖规模快速扩张，本土家禽产业链的短板也逐步凸显，此次来华的乌干达高端畜牧采购团，正是带着一线养殖场景中的真实痛点，专程对接中国成熟的畜牧全产业链资源，核心诉求集中在七大方向：
1、核心生产效率升级：针对性提升肉鸡、蛋鸡的肉料比与产蛋率，有效缩短整体养殖周期，从根源上拉高单批次养殖的投入产出比，破解当前东非家禽养殖生产效率偏低的普遍难题。
2、饲料体系优化：在保障营养标准的前提下提升饲料转化功效，通过配方优化、规模化集采等方式整体降低综合饲料成本，缓解当地养殖端饲料成本占比过高的经营压力。
3、疫病防控与硬件升级：通过优质动保产品提升鸡群整体免疫力，同步配套适配本土气候条件的标准化鸡舍改造方案，降低家禽疫病暴发概率，减少不必要的养殖损耗。
4、全链路品控补位：系统性解决养鸡全流程中的痛点问题，覆盖饲料生产质量管控、仓储保质管理、运输环节保鲜等多个核心节点，建立稳定可靠的饲料品质保障体系。
5、全流程现代化升级：引入国际先进的肉鸡、蛋鸡孵化技术与成套设备，同步输出标准化饲养流程、现代化鸡舍数字化管理方案，帮助当地中小养殖户完成从传统散养到规模化科学养殖的转型。
6、低能耗自动化适配：针对当地能源短缺的现实条件，定制适配低供电环境的养鸡自动化设备，打造低能耗、易维护的自动化养殖场景，破解能源不足对养殖规模化的限制。
7、动保产品品质提标：重点解决当地兽医药效弱、疫苗保护率低的行业痛点，对接中国合规优质的兽药、疫苗供应链，引入经过大规模养殖场景验证的高效动保产品，全面提升当地家禽疫病的防控效果。
本次考察落地的国内工厂也纷纷表示，此前大多通过传统外贸渠道接触非洲市场，这次由精准匹配的采购团直接到访，面对面沟通乌干达当地的政策标准、市场需求和使用场景，大大缩短了供需双方的磨合周期，后续将依托茂本供应链的中非物流通道和清关优势，快速推进订单落地。
Domestic factories visited during this inspection also expressed that previously they mostly reached the African market through traditional foreign trade channels. This time, with a procurement team precisely matched visiting directly, they were able to communicate face-to-face about Uganda's local policy standards, market demand, and usage scenarios, greatly shortening the adjustment period between supply and demand. Subsequently, they will rely on Mallbem Supply Chain's China-Africa logistics channels and customs clearance advantages to quickly advance order implementation.

As an important link connecting Chinese and African industries, a relevant person in charge of Mallbem's supply chain introduced that this inspection tour covering four provinces and six factories broke the information gap of traditional cross-border procurement, which 'only looks at samples without seeing production capacity.' It extended China-Africa livestock cooperation from the shallow connections of exhibitions to deep trust within the industry chain. In the future, Maoben will continue to leverage the dual advantages of exhibitions and supply chains, bringing more precise procurement demands from Uganda and even East Africa to the forefront of Chinese industrial clusters, while helping more high-quality Chinese livestock enterprises efficiently expand overseas. This will promote more practical results in China-Uganda economic and trade exchanges in the agricultural field, writing a more vivid footnote to China-Africa industrial cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
