慈悲喜舍 正知正念 maitrī ，karuṇā，muditā，upekṣā，sati-sampajañña

慈悲喜舍本质的种子在我们的藏识中

The seeds of the essential nature of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity lie deep in our store-consciousness. 

用习修的四无量心灌溉我们心中这些种子

Through cultivating the four immeasurables in practice, we water these seeds within us. 

借着修行谛观，痛苦、悲伤，执著的种子会萎缩，给正面的种子让出空间。

By undertaking the practice of profound observation, the seeds of suffering, sorrow, and attachment wither away, making room for the positive seeds to grow. 

现在才知师傅说把正念带回家的深意，这四本书《在岸边》，《在路上》，《在浮世》，《在此刻》，层层递进，

Only now do I truly understand what my teacher deeply meant by "bringing mindfulness home." These four books — On the Shore, On the Path, In the World, and In This Moment — unfold layer by layer. 

现在才悟到其中的深意，自己的心路，执念此岸彼岸，一直走在路上，看清现世浮华，唯识解在此刻------活在当下!

Only now I have awakened to their profound meaning: my own spiritual journey, clinging to the notion of "this shore" and "the other shore," always walking along the path, seeing through the glittering illusions of this mundane world, and realizing through Consciousness-Only that it all comes down to this very moment — living in the now!

愿我“天真不肤浅，自律​不执念”

May I be "innocent yet not shallow, disciplined yet not attached." 

慈悲喜舍（四无量心）
→ The Four Immeasurables：

· 慈 = loving-kindness (maitrī)
· 悲 = compassion (karuṇā)
· 喜 = sympathetic joy (muditā)
· 舍 = equanimity (upekṣā)

正知正念
→  mindfulness and clear awareness（对应巴利语 sati-sampajañña)
