以责任为名，赴一场31天的阅读之约

从8月盛夏到9月初秋，读书月的种子在天腾悄然生根。每天群内打卡，51位伙伴无一缺席。有人在出差途中写下感悟，有人在深夜读完最后一章才合卷，有人把书中要义抄录在笔记本的扉页，也有人直接将"完全责任"的理念带入了每一次会议、每一份方案、每一个客户沟通的瞬间。

闭幕式开场，一段回顾视频将这31天的点滴重新铺展在所有人面前——启动仪式上的齐声宣誓、小组讨论时的热烈交锋、打卡区里密密麻麻的心得便签……那些被镜头定格的瞬间，让每一个人都看见了自己这一个月的成长轨迹。

最大的收获不是读完一本书，而是大家开始用"责任"的视角重新审视工作和生活。

From the heat of August to the early autumn of September, the seeds of the reading month quietly took root at Tianteng. With every day group check-ins, none of the fifty-one participants was absent. Some wrote reflections while on business trips; others did not close their books until finishing the final chapter late at night; some copied the book's core teachings onto the first page of their notebooks; and still others directly brought the philosophy of "Total Responsibility" into every meeting, every proposal, and every moment of client communication.

At the opening of the ceremony, a recap video unfolded the past thirty-one days before everyone's eyes — the united pledge at the launch ceremony, the heated exchanges during group discussions, the dense wall of reflection notes in the check-in area… Those moments frozen by the lens allowed every person to see their own growth trajectory over the past month.

The greatest gain is not finishing a book, but that everyone has begun to re-examine their work and life through the lens of "responsibility."

随后，全体起立，在主持人的带领下齐声宣读公司寄语。《完全责任》精髓9章9点，被一句句、铿锵有力地诵响在会场之中："敢于担责，才能获得机会与平台""问题到我为止，主动承担错误""以责任点燃工作激情，让卓越成为习惯"。

这不仅是9条寄语，更是天腾人用31天时间一点点读懂、一点点践行的工作准则与人生信条。

Voyage Team, Time-Keeping Team, Elite Gathering, Thunder Team, Knowledge-Reading Team, and Knowledge-Action Team — the six groups took the stage one by one，each group held up their banners for group photos. Through the lens, every face was filled with the tacit understanding and pride that come from learning side by side and lifting each other up.

Then, everyone rose and, led by the host, recited the company's message in unison. The nine core principles of "Total Responsibility" echoed through the venue, line by line, with power and conviction: "Only by daring to take responsibility can one gain opportunities and a platform," "Stop problems with me, and proactively own mistakes," "Ignite passion for work with responsibility, and make excellence a habit."

These are not merely nine pieces of advice; they are the work principles and life creeds that Tianteng people have gradually come to understand and practice, day by day, over the course of thirty-one days.

如果说团队展示是集体力量的迸发，那么演讲比赛便是个体思想的闪光。12位选手依次登台，他们之中，有初入职场的新锐，也有陪伴公司多年的老兵；有冲锋在业务一线的销售精英，也有默默支撑后台的职能伙伴。

他们站在台上，讲的不是书中的宏大叙事，而是自己亲身经历的故事与刻骨铭心的感悟。有人讲述了一次因"差一点"而险些错失客户的经历，最终悟到"责任就是把每一个细节做到极致"；有人分享了从"这不是我的事"到"问题到我为止"的心路转变；还有人以自己带领团队的真实故事，深刻诠释了"责任心重于能力"的管理哲学。

12场演讲，12个不同的视角，却指向同一个核心——责任从来不是抽象的概念，它藏在每一次及时的回复里，藏在每一份精准的数据里，藏在每一句"我来扛"的担当里。同样一本书，每个人都读出了属于自己的答案。

If the team showcase was an outburst of collective strength, the speech contest was the shining of individual thought. The twelve speakers took the stage one by one — among them were newcomers fresh to the workplace and seasoned veterans who had accompanied the company for years; sales elites charging at the front line of business and functional partners silently supporting the back office.

Standing on that stage, they spoke not of grand narratives from the book, but of stories they had lived and insights etched into their hearts. Some recounted an experience where "almost" nearly cost them a client, ultimately realizing that "responsibility means perfecting every single detail"; some shared their inner transformation from "that's not my job" to "stop problems with me"; and others used real stories of leading their teams to profoundly illustrate the management philosophy that "a sense of responsibility outweighs ability."

Twelve speeches, twelve different perspectives, yet all pointing to the same core — responsibility is never an abstract concept. It resides in every timely reply, in every precise set of data, in every utterance of "I'll take charge." The same book, yet each person found their own answer within its pages.

The subsequent gift-giving segment added a touch of warmth to the entire ceremony. Male guests presented flowers to female guests, while female guests returned the gesture with bookmarks — flowers for a sense of occasion, bookmarks as a beautiful promise for the next chapter of reading. Each team leader came forward to receive books and bookmarks, then distributed them one by one to their team members, like a relay of knowledge — warm and solemn.
