全球最具影响力的投资公司之一的黑石集团首席执行官、全球最大资产管理人Larry Fink认为，美国是中美贸易战的短期大赢家，但未必会一直赢下去。Fink认为受益于强势美元，美国目前在贸易战中占据主导地位。这也拉动了美国股市上涨，而同期其它地区的股市却在下跌。然而，从长远来看，中美紧张的贸易局势将会损害美国利益，因为紧张的局势将会使更多的非美公司拓展他们和中国的贸易往来。

executive of BlackRock (BLK.N), the world's
largest asset manager, on Thursday said the
United States is "a big winner" in the trade war
with China "in the short-term," but not
necessarily over time.
Fink, speaking at Yahoo Finance's second annual
"All Markets Summit," said the United States is
currently the dominant force in the trade war
because U.S. companies are benefiting from the
strong dollar. That has driven U.S. stocks up, while
equities have fallen elsewhere.
In the long term, however, trade tensions will hurt
the United States as they are leading more non-
American companies to expand their business ties
with China, Fink said.

Within Asia, China and Japan are seeking to mend fences, and the Regional and Comprehensive Economic Partnership, which includes China, is being prioritized as a major step toward Asia’s economic integration. A direct consequence of the Trump trade war, therefore, is faster and wider economic integration outside of the U.S., accelerating the shift of global economic center of gravity toward Asia.
在亚洲，中国和日本正努力修补关系，而且包括中国在内的《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》被认为是迈向亚洲经济一体化的关键一步，得到优先发展。因此，特朗普的贸易战直接导致了在美国之外形成更迅速广泛的经济一体化，加速全球经济重心向亚洲转移。
In a statement on Thursday, Pascal Clivaz, the Deputy Director General of the UN Universal Postal Union (UPU), established in the 19th Century, recalled the “tremendous and positive contribution” made by the US.
“It is, therefore, regrettable that the US has taken this step. We, however, respect the decision because we believe it was taken after careful consideration and reflection,” he said.

Планируется, что в регионе деятельности ДВТУ будут созданы Дальневосточная электронная таможня и два таможенных поста - центра электронного декларирования (Владивостокский, подчиненный Владивостокской таможне, и Дальневосточный, подчиненный Дальневосточной электронной таможне), на которых будет сконцентрирован основной объем декларирования. Владивостокский таможенный пост (ЦЭД), будет осуществлять оформление товаров, ввозимых морским транспортом, Дальневосточный таможенный пост (ЦЭД) – товаров, ввозимых иными видами транспорта.

In the near term, competition is unavoidable, and the more important challenge comes from China’s efforts to “return to the center of the world stage” and the means China uses to attain this at a time when the United States is reassessing its global role.

This advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) seeks public comment on criteria for identifying emerging technologies that are essential to U.S. national security, for example because they have potential conventional weapons, intelligence collection, weapons of mass destruction, or terrorist applications or could provide the United States with a qualitative military or intelligence advantage.
