外籍人士要求 / Foreigners’ Requirements
1.年满18岁，身体健康；
(Must be at least 18 years old and in good health.)
2.拥有相关专业技能和工作经验；
(Have the required professional skills and work experience.)
3.确定聘用单位；
(Have a confirmed employer.)
4.持有效护照或其他国际旅行证件。
(Hold a valid passport or equivalent travel document.)

Work Visa Application Process
工作签证申请流程
1.用人单位备案 / Employer Registration
登录深圳市外国人综合服务管理平台，完成单位备案。
(Register the company on Shenzhen Foreigners Comprehensive Service Management Platform.)
2.申请《外国人工作许可通知》 / Notification of Foreigner’s Work Permit
入境前，用人单位在线申请许可通知书。
(The employer applies online for the Notification of Foreigner’s Work Permit before the employee enters China.)
3.境外办理工作签证 / Obtain Work Visa Abroad 凭许可通知书，外籍人士可在驻外使领馆办理Z或R签证入境。
(Using the notification, foreigners can apply for a Z or R visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate.)
4.入境后申请工作许可证 / Foreigner’s Work Permit 入境15日内，用人单位需申请《外国人工作许可证》。
(Within 15 days of entry, the employer must apply for the Foreigner’s Work Permit.)
5.申请工作类居留许可证 / Work Residence Permit 入境30日内，办理工作类居留证件，完成合法就业手续。
(Within 30 days of entry, apply for a work-related residence permit to finalize legal employment.)
