引号（quotationmarks）
1、用于引用某人说的话；但需注意：在作为摘要或释义时不应使用引号。
Sia said, "I'm gonna swing from the chandelier."
Sia said she intended to pendulate from a chandelier.
2、用于在大作品集中引用小作品，如故事集中的某一个短篇故事、诗集中的某一首诗、专辑中的某一首歌曲等。

3、句号和逗号应当在引号内。

4、分号和冒号应当在引号外。
