5月份卖家订单起草页面关闭了端口，建议先起草信用保障订单，买家支付订单预付款后在信用保障订单详情页添加&购买验货服务。
路径：买家支付信用保障订单预付款后一在Ma后台一订单管理一信用保障订单详情页一添加验货服务并支付（支持买家独立支付）。
Method：（After initial payment of the TA order): Login to your My Alibaba platform → Go to “My orders” → Find your order details page → Select “Inspection Service” → Complete payment
