卖家起草信用保障订单，显示需要买家做认证，报错怎么办？

若信用保障订单下单提示：“For system security reasons， we need to verify the buyer'； sidentity.Please let the buyer find the email"； Alibaba Account Verification Required"； for instructions.Prior to the verification， the order will not be placed.”，则按照以下方式解决：

1、若买家收到KYC认证的邮件，则需买家登录邮箱查收后做KYC认证；

2、若买家没有收到KYC认证的邮件，请将此链接发给买家：https://isas-g.alibaba.com/kyc/index.html，买家登录后，选择icbu，登录Oversea Security Center认证即可。
