北京平谷中关村农业科技园创新工场总占地面积36亩,建筑规模1.6万平方米,主要建设内容包括办公楼1501平方米、科研楼11467平方米、员工宿舍食堂及其他配套服务设施3000平方米。目前已陆续入驻25家机构,包括京瓦中心、大伟嘉种猪生物育种实验室、北京生物种业创新联合体、苏陀科技等。
The Innovation Workshop of Zhongguancun Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Pinggu, Beijing covers a total land area of 36 mu ( approximately 2.4 hectares) with a building area of 16,000 square meters. Its main constructions include a 1,501 square meters office building, a 11,467 square meters research building, as well as 3,000 square meters of staff dormitories, canteen and other supporting service facilities. Up to now, 25 institutions have settled in successively, including Jingwa Center, Daweijia Laboratory for Biobreeding of Swine, Beijing Consortium for Innovative Biobreeding, DeePro Technology Co., Ltd. and others.

Agricultural Zhongguancun Public Experimental Platform for Vegetable Horticulture
建设农业中关村蔬菜园艺公共实验平台,面向蔬菜生物育种和替代蛋白研发等方面,重点建设蔬菜生物育种中心和替代蛋白研究中心,打造集技术研究、技术推广、国际交流、社会化服务等多功能于一体的公共实验平台,构建从源头创新、应用研究、成果转化到产业发展的创新链,系统开展相关领域科技创新与产业服务,并通过建立开放共享机制,形成政府、科研、企业间“金三角”式的需求转化平台与加速器;同时保障蔬菜生物育种全国实验室加快入驻,将有150余人进驻。
The Agricultural Zhongguancun Public Experimental Platform for Vegetable Horticulture is built for vegetable biological breeding and alternative protein R&D. It focuses on constructing the Vegetable Biological Breeding Center and Alternative Protein Research Center, building a multi‑functional public experimental platform integrating technology research, technology popularization, international exchange and socialized services. It forms an innovation chain covering original innovation, applied research, achievement transformation and industrial development, and carries out scientific‑technological innovation and industrial services in relevant fields in a systematic manner. Through an open‑sharing mechanism, it acts as a “golden‑triangle” demand transformation platform and accelerator linking government, research institutes and enterprises. Meanwhile, it supports the accelerated settlement of the National Vegetable Biological Breeding Laboratory, where more than 150 personnel will be stationed.

Jiahua Breeding Swine R&D Laboratory (Daweijia Laboratory)
嘉华种猪育种研发实验室入驻北京平谷农业中关村核心区,该核心研发实验室占地1000余平,仪器原值2000万;研发团队20余人,硕士以上学历占比85%以上,现有发明专利10余项。公司采用“传统育种+现代生物技术”相结合,以全基因育种技术创新为突破口,通过纯种繁育、良种选种和精准营养等综合措施联合攻关,着力培育大伟嘉“平谷嘉华一号”种猪配套系。已成功参与实施了农业部及北京市科技项目研发工作,加快科技成果转化,为生猪产业种源自主可控提供强有力的科技支撑。
Jiahua Breeding Swine R&D Laboratory is located in the core zone of Agricultural Zhongguancun in Pinggu, Beijing. Covering over 1,000 square meters, the core lab owns instruments with an original value of 20 million RMB. Its R&D team has more than 20 members, over 85% of whom hold master’s or higher degrees, with more than 10 authorized invention patents. Combining traditional breeding with modern biotechnology and taking whole-genome breeding innovation as a breakthrough, the company conducts joint research via pure‑bred propagation, elite seed selection, precision nutrition and other comprehensive measures to develop Daweijia’s supporting breeding‑swine line “Pinggu Jiahua No.1”. It has participated in R&D projects sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Beijing Municipal Government, accelerated transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and provided powerful technical support for self-reliant and controllable breeding sources in the hog industry.

北京藻辰生物科技有限公司以细胞工厂为载体生产微藻基蛋白及功能性成分,基于系统生物学和超高通量筛选技术,建立了微藻种质资源创新技术体系,保有优势种质 500 余株,拥有领先的微藻精密发酵技术,显著提升微藻生产效率,完成多个优势藻种的异养培养中试化生产。元育生物专注于微藻合成生物领域,组建并运营微藻合成生物产业平台,成功推进微藻蛋白、藻油 DHA 与生物合成虾青素进入规模化生产阶段。
Beijing ZaoChen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. produces microalgae‑based protein and functional ingredients via cell factories. Based on systems biology and ultra-high‑throughput screening technology, it has established an innovative technical system for microalgae germplasm resources, preserving more than 500 microbial elite germplasm strains. Its cutting‑edge precision microalgae fermentation technology greatly improves production efficiency and has realized pilot-scale heterotrophic cultivation of multiple superior microalgae strains. Yuanyu Bio focuses on microalgae synthetic biology. It has built and operated an industrial platform for microalgae synthetic biology, and successfully promoted microalgal protein, algal‑oil DHA and biosynthetic astaxanthin into large‑scale production.
Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Foods Group Sci‑Tech Exhibition Hall of Breeding
该展厅集中展呈首农食品集团 70 年来在畜禽种业领域的科研成果与产业成就,是展示北京 "种业之都" 建设成果的重要窗口和平台,彰显了集团在种猪、种牛、种鸡、种鸭领域的国内龙头地位。展厅由北京生物种业创新联合体负责运营;联合体由平谷区人民政府、中国农业大学、北京市农林科学院、中信农业、隆平高科等政企科研院所共同发起成立,以 "紧盯前沿、协同创新、资源聚集、开放共享" 为建设原则。展厅内容涵盖畜禽种业、作物种业、微生物种业等六大板块,融合沉浸式投影、全息影像、多媒体触控等先进展陈技术,将现代信息技术与艺术创意有机结合,打造沉浸式、互动式的全新观展体验,全方位展现首农食品集团在 "种业之都" 建设中的关键成果,以及国家战略性科技力量的平台优势。
This exhibition hall showcases the scientific research outcomes and industrial achievements of Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Foods Group in livestock and poultry breeding over the past 70 years. It serves as a vital window and platform for presenting Beijing’s accomplishments in building a center for seed development , and demonstrates the Group’s leading domestic position in breeding boars, breeding cattle, breeding chickens and breeding ducks.
The exhibition hall is operated by the Beijing Innovative Consortium for Biotech Breeding Industry . The consortium was jointly initiated by government bodies, enterprises and research institutions including the Pinggu District People's Government of Beijing Municipality, China Agricultural University, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, CITIC Agricultural Science and Technology Corporation Ltd., and Yuan Longping High‑Tech Agriculture Co., Ltd. It follows the development principles: “Focus on cutting‑edge advances, pursue collaborative innovation, gather resources, and promote open sharing”.
Divided into six major sections including livestock and poultry breeding, crop breeding, and microbial breeding, the exhibition integrates advanced display technologies such as immersive projection, holographic imaging and multimedia touch‑control systems. It organically combines modern information technologies with artistic creativity to deliver an immersive and interactive brand‑new viewing experience. It comprehensively demonstrates the Group’s key contributions to Beijing’s development as a center for seed development, as well as its platform strengths as a national strategic science and technology force.
LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY MOLECULAR BREEDING DATA CENTER
数据是智能育种的基石。该中心是畜禽种业数据存贮、开发和利用的平台;集聚种牛、种猪、种鸡、种鸭的丰富历史数据,同时实现部分畜禽养殖场物联网基因型、表型、环境型数据实时采集,包括高性能存储与计算体系、育种大数据采集系统和大数据分析平台三部分,存储空间达6PB,运算能力达93万亿次每秒。
“北京市种业振兴三年行动”重点任务之一。
Data is the cornerstone of intelligent breeding, The center is a platform for data storage, development and utilization of livestock and poultry breeding industry, gathering rich historical data of breeding cattle, pigs, chickens and ducks. And the center realizes real-time collection of genotype, phenotype and ervironmental data of some livestock and pouty farms with the internet system, including three parts: high-performance storage and computing system, breeding big data acquisition system and big data analysis platform, with storage space of 6 PB and computing capacity of 93 trillion times per second.
One of the key tasks of " Beijing Seed Industry Revitalization Three-Year Action Plan"is the establishment of Livestock and Poultry Molecular Breeding Data Center.
Beijing Agricultural Zhongguancun Smart Vegetable Factory (Tomato World)
项目位于平谷区峪口镇蔡坨村北侧,总占地面积2.7公顷,含温室面积约16亩及室外智慧农田综合示范应用场景20亩。该项目是农业中关村核心区数字农业重点建设项目,是引领全国高效设施农业高端温室智能环控技术攻关、装备展示与成果孵化的“首农技术样板工程”。温室项目内设置4个相对独立的种植分区,研发并展示适宜平谷气候与果菜高效生产的半封闭式温室结构与智能环控技术装备,通过与荷兰式技术方案对比,构建一套适配北京、进而可向全国推广的,搭载国产化环控系统的大型玻璃连栋温室本土化果菜高效生产模式。
Located to the north of Caituo Village, Yukou Town, Pinggu District, the project covers a total area of 2.7 hectares, including about 16 mu (approximately 1.07 hectares ) of greenhouses and 20 mu(1.33 hectares) of outdoor smart farmland comprehensive demonstration sites. As a key digital‑agriculture project in the core zone of Agricultural Zhongguancun, it is a “Shounong technology demonstration project” leading nationwide R&D, equipment exhibition and achievement incubation of intelligent environmental‑control technologies for high‑end greenhouses in efficient protected agriculture. Four relatively independent planting zones are arranged inside the greenhouse complex. It develops and demonstrates semi‑closed greenhouse structures and intelligent environmental‑control equipment suitable for Pinggu’s climate and high‑efficiency fruit‑vegetable production. By comparing with Dutch technical solutions, it has formed a localized high-efficiency fruit‑vegetable production mode for large multi-span glass greenhouses equipped with domestic environmental-control systems, which can be promoted in Beijing and across China.
