本次为期两天的峰会由上合组织轮值主席国、吉尔吉斯斯坦总统萨德尔·扎帕罗夫主持，中国、俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、印度、伊朗、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦的领导人，以及上合组织秘书长叶尔梅克巴耶夫出席会议。该地区组织现有全部 10 个成员国，今年迎来成立 25 周年。
上合组织成员国领导人在峰会上签署《比什凯克宣言》。会议审议通过《〈上海合作组织宪章〉修改及补充议定书》、《上合组织应对安全威胁与挑战通用中心条例》以及《反毒品中心条例》。峰会共计通过 28 份成果文件，内容涵盖深化安全、经贸、人文合作以及组织建设等领域。
Pakistan is set to assume the chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of State for 2026‑27, after a formal declaration was signed in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on Tuesday.
Chaired by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, rotating chair of the SCO, the two‑day summit brought together leaders from China, Russia, Pakistan, India, Iran, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, alongside SCO Secretary‑General Yermekbayev. The regional bloc, which comprises all ten member states, is marking its 25‑year milestone this year.
The leaders of the SCO member‑states signed the Bishkek Declaration at the summit. They approved the Protocol on Amendments and Additions to the Charter of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Regulations of the Universal Centre for Countering Security Threats and Challenges, and the Regulations of the Anti‑Drug Centre. Altogether 28 outcome documents concerning enhanced security, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, as well as organisational development, were adopted at the summit.
2.中国驻拉合尔总领事为萨戈达柑橘研究及农业创新设施揭幕
Chinese Consul General Inaugurates Citrus Research and Agricultural Innovation Facilities in Sargodha
访问期间，旁遮普省农业（科研）总局局长萨吉德·乌尔·拉赫曼博士向中方外交官介绍了研究所正在开展的各类研究项目、现代化柑橘育苗体系、无病苗木繁育技术，以及在全省推广气候适应性柑橘种植的相关项目。
孙彦还参观了研究所的各个实验室，考察科研与检测设备。他对萨戈达柑橘研究所工作人员在推进柑橘研究、引进现代技术、助力巴基斯坦柑橘产业可持续发展方面开展的工作给予肯定。
总领事此行还到访萨戈达大学，为该校无人机实验室以及农业卓越研究中心揭幕，标志中巴在农业创新与高等教育领域合作不断拓展。
在参观校内教学、科研和创新设施过程中，该校校长凯萨尔·阿巴斯教授向孙彦介绍了萨戈达大学与中方高校、孔子学院，在教育、科研、农业、产业以及中文推广方面的合作情况。
在纪念中巴建交 75 周年的会议上，孙彦表示，依托互信、务实合作与人文交流，中巴双边伙伴关系持续走深走实。他对不断增长的留学生交流表示欢迎，并赞许该校积极推进与中国院校学术往来的努力。
巴基斯坦中国研究所（PICS）所长塔希尔·穆姆塔兹·阿万教授回顾了中巴 75 年交往历程中的重要里程碑，强调要将长久的友谊转化为更深层次的学术、文化与民间合作。他同时介绍了巴基斯坦中国研究所与萨戈达大学孔子学院，为扩大同中国高校和科研机构合作所开展的各项工作。
总领事还为中国资源阅览厅揭幕，启动中巴友好主题展览，并向优秀学生颁发中国大使奖学金。校方表示，这批全新科研设施与学术项目，将助力推动创新、科研协作与农业现代化，进一步扩大中巴教育领域合作。
访问尾声，孙彦重申中方支持巩固两国在教育、科研、文化与创新领域的双边合作，称大学是培育两国长期民间友好关系的重要平台。
Sun Yan, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Lahore, inaugurated a newly established Climate-Controlled Glasshouse and Screen House at the Citrus Research Institute (CRI) in Sargodha, underscoring growing agricultural cooperation between Pakistan and China.
During the visit, Dr. Sajid-ur-Rahman, Director General Agriculture (Research), Punjab, briefed the Chinese diplomat on the institute's ongoing research programs, modern citrus nursery production systems, disease-free plant propagation techniques and initiatives aimed at promoting climate-resilient citrus cultivation across the province.
Sun Yan also toured the institute's laboratories and reviewed its research and diagnostic facilities. He commended the initiatives taken by the officials at CRI Sargodha, for advancing citrus research, introducing modern technologies and contributing to the sustainable development of Pakistan's citrus industry.
The visit also extended to the University of Sargodha (UoS), where Consul General Sun Yan inaugurated the university's Drone Lab and Research Centre for Excellence in Agriculture, highlighting expanding Pakistan-China cooperation in agricultural innovation and higher education.
During a tour of the university's academic, research and innovation facilities, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas briefed the Chinese diplomat on UoS collaborations with Chinese universities and the Confucius Institute in education, research, agriculture, industry and Chinese language promotion.
Addressing a conference marking the 75th anniversary of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations, Sun said the bilateral partnership had continued to deepen through mutual trust, practical cooperation and people-to-people exchanges. He welcomed growing student exchanges and praised the university's efforts to strengthen academic links with Chinese institutions.
Prof. Dr. Tahir Mumtaz Awan, Director of the Pakistan Institute of China Studies (PICS), highlighted key milestones in the 75-year Pakistan-China relationship and stressed the need to translate the longstanding friendship into deeper academic, cultural and people-to-people cooperation. He also outlined initiatives undertaken by PICS and the Confucius Institute at UoS to expand collaboration with Chinese universities and research institutions.
The Consul General also inaugurated the China Resource Lounge, launched an exhibition showcasing Pakistan-China friendship, and distributed Chinese Ambassador Scholarships to deserving students. University officials said the new research facilities and academic initiatives would help promote innovation, scientific collaboration and agricultural modernization while further expanding educational cooperation between Pakistan and China.
At the conclusion of the visit, Sun reaffirmed China's support for strengthening bilateral cooperation in education, research, culture and innovation, describing universities as an important platform for fostering long-term people-to-people ties between the two countries.
3.中国向巴基斯坦捐赠兽用疫苗，助力防控牲畜疫病
China donates vaccines to Pakistan to fight livestock diseases
这批由中国农业农村部提供的疫苗，于周三在伊斯兰堡国家农业研究中心完成交接。
巴基斯坦国家粮食安全与研究联邦部长拉纳·坦维尔·侯赛因表示，这批疫苗将助力强化疫病防控，保障畜牧生产效益，尤其惠及依靠养殖业谋生的农村家庭。
结节性皮肤病和布鲁氏菌病会损害牲畜健康、影响繁育能力，降低奶、肉产出，给养殖户带来经济损失。
疫苗接种工作将严格遵循质量管控、冷链管理、接种后监测等技术与监管规范。该研究中心同时举办了疫苗接种实操示范。
侯赛因表示，巴中两国将持续拓展在兽医服务、农业科研、动物疫病防控领域的合作。
China has donated veterinary vaccines against lumpy skin disease (LSD) and brucellosis to Pakistan to support livestock disease prevention and control.
The vaccines, provided by China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, were handed over at the National Agricultural Research Centre in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Pakistan's Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain said the vaccines would help strengthen disease prevention and protect livestock productivity, particularly for rural households dependent on animal farming.
Lumpy skin disease and brucellosis can affect animal health, reproduction and milk and meat production, causing losses for livestock farmers.
The vaccines will be administered under technical and regulatory requirements covering quality control, cold-chain management and post-vaccination monitoring. A field demonstration of vaccination procedures was also held at the centre.
Hussain said Pakistan and China would continue expanding cooperation in veterinary services, agricultural research and animal disease control.
