开学日特辑｜在大洋物流集团实习是一种什么样的体验？

9 月 1 日，全国大中小学正式开学。当家长们庆祝“神兽归笼”，新生们开启校园新篇章时，大洋物流集团的 5 位年轻人刚刚结束了一段特殊的“学期”。他们在暑期深入国际物流一线，在真实的业务场景中完成了从校园到职场的“第一课”。

这个夏天，他们是大洋的实习生。

五位同学的大洋之夏

在大洋物流集团，实习生的工作绝非简单的行政辅助。他们深入运营、操作、商务、采购等核心部门，掌握业务流程与系统操作，参与轮岗日常及专项项目。在导师指导下，实习生协助进行数据收集、流程优化及客户沟通等工作。公司通过开放真实的业务场景，让年轻人才直观触摸行业前沿脉搏。

今年夏天，5 位来自不同高校、不同专业的同学，在大洋的不同岗位上完成了各自的“实战课”。

为高校学子打开探索世界之门

作为深耕欧亚市场二十余年的国家"AAAAA"级物流企业，大洋物流集团始终秉持“吸纳世界一流物流人才，与优秀人才相互成就”的理念，将人才视为发展根本。公司积极与全国多所高校建立合作，为在校生提供实习实践机会，让他们亲手触摸中欧班列的“脉搏”。

今年 7 月，西安交通大学国际经济与贸易专业的 12 名同学在西安大洋供应链有限公司完成了为期三周的“硬核”实习。从中欧班列“长安号”的运营逻辑，到中欧、中亚、中俄及跨里海等国际大通道的布局；从客户开发、方案设计到销售全流程细节，同学们在真实业务场景中刷新了对“国际物流”的认知。

这仅是大洋校企合作的缩影。近年来，大洋物流先后与四川外国语大学共建“实习实践基地”和“大洋奖助学金”，从专业学习、留学、就业三维提供支持；联合开设涵盖多式联运、跨文化沟通等内容的“大洋班”；并与江苏海洋大学商学院探索“订单式”人才培养模式。一张覆盖全国多高校的校企合作网络正不断拓展。

Today, September 1, marks the first day of the new school year across China. While parents celebrate and freshmen begin their campus journeys, five young individuals at Neptune Logistics have just completed a unique "semester." They immersed themselves in the front lines of international logistics, taking their first career steps in real business scenarios.

This summer, they were interns at Neptune Logistics.

01 The Story of Five Students at Neptune

At Neptune Logistics, interns do more than administrative tasks. They engage with core departments—operations, execution, commercial, and procurement—learning business processes and system operations. Under mentor guidance, they assist in data collection, process optimization, and client communication. By opening up real business scenarios, the company gives young talent a front-row view of the industry's cutting edge.

This summer, five students from diverse universities and majors completed their own "hands-on bootcamp" in various roles at Neptune.

02 Where Campus Horizons Meet Global Highways

As a national "AAAAA-level" logistics enterprise with over 20 years of expertise in the Eurasian market, Neptune Logistics adheres to the philosophy of "attracting world-class professionals and achieving mutual success." The company actively partners with universities to provide internships, allowing students to feel the pulse of the China-Europe Railway Express firsthand.

In July, 12 students from Xi'an Jiaotong University completed a rigorous three-week internship at Xi'an Neptune Supply Chain Co., Ltd. From the "Chang'an Express" operations to international corridors like China-Central Asia and Trans-Caspian routes, students gained hands-on experience in customer development, solution design, and sales, reshaping their understanding of international logistics.

This is just one example of Neptune's university-industry collaboration. Recent initiatives include establishing an "Internship and Practice Base" and scholarships with Sichuan International Studies University, launching the "Neptune Class" for specialized training, and exploring tailored talent cultivation with Jiangsu Ocean University. A nationwide collaboration network is steadily expanding.
