5月20日，由SLCF沪伦通组织主办的“科技创新企业投融资之道圆桌讨论”活动在上海成功举办。论坛邀请业内专家进行演讲并进行圆桌研讨，围绕创业公司融资，中欧·中英并购的法律进化及可行性，国际商业谈判等主题，结合多个角度，实现中欧/中英投融界现状剖析的热烈讨论。On May 20th, "Roundtable Discussion on Investment and Financing of Technological Innovation Enterprises" organised by Shanghai London Corporate Finance (SLCF) was successfully held in Shanghai. The forum invites industry experts to conduct roundtable discussions, focusing on the financing of startups, the legal evolution and feasibility of Sino-Europe and Sino-British mergers and acquisitions, international negotiation topics and combining multiple perspectives.

This forum aims to discuss the current Sino-European/Sino-British investment and financing situation and it provides a platform for these decision-makers from different domestic and foreign companies to share their cutting-edge investment concepts.

现任上实投资公司金融投资董事总经理及为《资本迷局》等多本投资管理著作的著写者王国进先生围绕负利率进行了深刻的分析和解读。他分享了其投资心得及其近年发表的财经时评。

Mr. Wang Guojin, Managing Director of Shanghai Industrial Investment(Holdings) co. ltd and the author of "Capital Mystery", conducted a profound analysis and interpretation of negative interest rates. He shared his investment experience and financial reviews published in recent years.

中欧资本董事长张俊先生曾任华为前副总裁，他带来中欧资本对高校科研，研发类企业，科技应用类企业的独特看法。

Mr. Zhang Jun, Chairman of Europe China Capital, was the former vice president of Huawei. He shared his unique views on university scientific research, R&D companies, technology application companies to the forum.

和灵资本合伙人、北大纵横特聘合伙人王国选先生从PE/VC投资人角度剖析了创业公司融资过程中的所有的核心问题。王国选先生的演讲以可投资性，项目估值及宏观环境三大方面为投资机构及项目进行分析。

Partners of HL Capital, Mr. Wang guoxuan analysed core issues that happen constantly in the financing process of most of the startups from the perspective a PE & VC investor. The analysis is conducted in three aspects: feasibility, corporate valuation and macro environment.

茵创并购国际有限公司(Industrie Consult)中国区合伙人张熙先生演讲主题为中国企业在德国（欧洲）投资并购现状。张熙先生拥有超过10年在中德两国工作和管理经验，在中德（中欧）跨境并购，中国企业在德国绿地投资，中德企业合作合资等领域有着丰富的项目经验。

Boris ZHANG, Partner of Industrie Consult, gave a speech on the current situation of Chinese companies' investment in Germany. Mr. Zhang has more than 10 years of working and management experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions between China and Germany.

国际商务谈判专家李雪松先生是包括华为等多家跨国公司和组织机构的高级顾问和特聘导师，曾供职于瑞典爱立信公司。他的演讲分享了商业谈判中常遇问题及改变现状的谈判技巧。

Mr. Li Xuesong, an expert in international business negotiation, is a senior consultant for many multinational companies and organizations including Huawei. He served as a consultant for Ericsson and he shared the common problems encountered in business negotiations.

斐石律所（Fieldfisher)上海办公室合伙人邢亮先生分享了投资欧洲最新监管政策。他具体解释了欧盟成员国里德国，意大利以及英国的审查制度，对于中欧投资前景持积极态度。

Mr. Xing Liang is the corporate partner of Fieldfisher's Shanghai office. He shared the latest regulatory policies for investing in Europe and explained the compliance systems in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. He holds a positive attitude towards the investment prospects between China and Europe.
