Vice President M&A(m/w/d) 并购业务副总裁

Location: City Center of Düsseldorf

工作地点：德国杜塞尔多夫市中心（近国王大道）

Onboard: March 2023

Position: Full Time

职位性质：全职

Main Task: Execution of Chinese client’s M&A projects in Germany

工作任务：执行公司中资企业客户的对德收并购项目

Task Description:

工作内容:

1) Independently lead and manage M&A projects

独立领导和管理并购项目

2) Internal/external process management and communication with clients, targets and consultants

内部/外部流程管理及与客户、标的和顾问方进行沟通

3) Responsible for the preparation of transaction documents, review the financial models and figure out the valuations.

负责准备交易文件、审查财务模型并计算项目估值

4) Manage the key factors of the project such as due diligence and negotiations. Build up good relationship and communication channels with external counterparties (lawyers, accountants etc.)

管理项目的关键因素，如尽职调查和谈判。与外部顾问（律师、会计师等）建立良好的关系和沟通渠道。

5) Keep MD informed about progress/bottlenecks and ensure timely involvement of MD

随时向董事总经理汇报项目进展/瓶颈，并确保董事总经理及时参与项目

6) Build and develop the networks which will lead to the potential clients, targets and transactions.

建立和拓展自身渠道网络，从而获得潜在客户、标的和交易。

Your Profile:

职位要求:

1) University degree or above in economics, finance or similar

经济、金融类专业大学本科或以上学历

2) At least 5 years of transaction experience in M&A/investment banking, corporate M&A or private equity and have successfully completed M&A transactions

至少5年在投资银行、企业并购或者私募的并购项目经验，并且成功完成过并购交易

3) Strong knowledge in strategic analysis and financial assessment as well as valuation/pricing

在战略分析，财务评估以及估值/定价方面具有深厚的知识

4) Proficient and excellent language skills in both German and English

优秀且流利的德语和英语语言能力

5) Initiative, leadership qualities, assertiveness, high work ethic and a very strong team orientation and communication skills

具有主观能动性、具有领导力且自信，具有高度的工作热情和非常强的团队意识与沟通能力

6) Conscientious, dedicated, independent and results-oriented approach to work

做事认真负责，具备独立完成工作的能力，掌握结果为导向的工作方法

7) Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

熟练操作Excel、PPT等常用办公软件
