Freshfields advises on Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd.’s listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
富而德律师事务所（“富而德”）就长沙远大住宅工业集团股份有限公司（“远大住工”）的全球发售和香港联交所H股上市项目，向包括中国国际金融香港证券有限公司及中信建投（国际）融资有限公司在内的的联席保荐人和承销商提供法律服务。本次全球发售募集金额约1.51亿美元。远大住工的H股已于11月6日开始上市交易。
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited, joint sponsors and underwriters in the global offering and listing of H shares of Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (‘Broad Homes’) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange . The global offering raised gross proceeds of approximately US$151m. Trading in the H shares started on 6 November 2019.

Broad Homes is a pioneer and leader in the industrialisation of the construction industry in China. Leveraging its strong technology capability and track record of continuous innovation and R&D efforts, Broad Homes has become a platform for comprehensive, smart and scalable solutions for China’s construction sector. It is also China’s largest prefabricated construction service provider. It intends to use the proceeds of its IPO to grow its PC unit manufacturing business, expand into overseas markets and establish technology and production centres, as well as develop its intelligent equipment business and its prefabricated construction solutions platform, among other purposes.
