Your Internship Experience:

• Engage in core capital markets transactions including IPOs, securities issuance compliance review, due diligence, and legal support for cross-border transactions.

• Under guidance by mentors, enhance critical professional skills such as legal research, document drafting, case analysis, and multi-party communication and coordination.

Who we are looking for

• An aspiring legal talent eager to kickstart a career in a top-tier law firm: Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws students graduating in 2026 or 2027 from renowned domestic or international universities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A versatile talent fluent in both Chinese and English: capable of using English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Rigorous analytical and legal research skills, proactive, and committed to excellence

• Adaptable: comfortable with business travel.

• Commitment: minimum 3-month internship, with a preference for those who can intern full-time for a longer duration.
