Task: Responsible for dealing with administrative matters of the company
工作任务：负责处理公司的行政事宜
Task Description
工作内容：
Responsible for collation, categorization and archive of company’s correspondences
公司信件的分类整理以及录档
Responsible for registration and reception of visitors
负责访客的登记和接待
Responsible for answering the front-desk call, record and convey the information of the call
负责公司前台电话的接听，记录和转达来电信息
Responsible for meeting set-up and preparation
负责会议的设置和准备
Cooperate with other company's administrative tasks
配合完成公司其他的行政工作
Your Profile
职位要求：

Bachelor degree or above from German university, major of Economics and Management would be preferred 拥有德国大学本科或以上学历，经济管理类专业优先 -
Excellent language skills for both English and German 具有良好的英语及德语语言能力

Pleasant appearance and demeanor, strong affinity, excellent business etiquette 形象气质佳，亲和力强，有良好的商务礼节 -
Self-motivated, hard-working and willing to take challenge under pressure 具有主观能动性，积极努力，乐于承受工作压力与挑战 -
Be serious and responsible, able to complete working task individually and have good team-work ability 做事认真负责，具备独立完成工作的能力和优秀的团队作业能力 -
Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software 熟练掌握word、excel、PPT及其他办公软件
