• 负责中文投标文件、商业提案以及能力介绍的项目管理及撰写，与亚洲团队紧密合作负责交付高质量的中国客户正式标书，在项目过程中与合伙人及律师高效沟通
• 甄别潜在投标机会，为律师如何有效赢得潜在客户机会提供指导，协助调研，确定方向
• 深入了解富而德中国客户、中国业务及相关经验
• 跟踪中国客户满意度，确保在短时间内交付高质量的投标文件
• 定期收集归档相关信息至市场部数据库（如标书支持文档、富而德经验、投标文件库及简历管理）
• 定期维护和更新相关经验信息、投标文件及市场部其他相关内容数据库
• 与团队紧密合作提供优质的客户支持
• 与富而德亚洲市场部、全球市场部各团队以及负责各行业业务的市场团队密切配合
• 与富而德亚洲其他服务职能部门紧密合作（知识管理团队、翻译、人力、财务、风控、办公室、IT）

• Support a regional team approach to the writing and project management of Chinese pitches, proposals and capability statements across the Asia region, in particular the formal RFP responses for Chinese clients, with high quality content and format, and smooth coordination of input from partners and fee earners 
• Support the qualification of potential pitches, provide coaching to fee earners on best practice pursuit approaches, conduct research, and develop key messages/value propositions 
• Build up a thorough knowledge of Freshfields’ Chinese clients, practice areas and experience 
• Monitor key Chinese client satisfaction metrics to ensure the highest-quality pitch production within the shortest possible timeframe 
• Collect and enter relevant information on the firm wide business development systems (eg pitch tool kit, experience and pitch databases and bio manager) on a regular basis 
• Maintain and improve the quality of experience lists and other business development content in the experience database and other relevant pitch infrastructure and databases 
• Contribute to a collaborative and achievement-oriented culture within the team and help maintain an exceptional standard of client service amongst the team members 
• Build strong relationships with the MBD team across Asia, office marketing personnel, and BDMs in relevant network offices and central MBD teams (eg Pitching, Global Markets, Global Campaigns, Communications, Sector Groups) 
• Maintain strong relationships with relevant members of the Asia Business Services teams (KM, Translators, HR, Finance, Risk and Conflicts, Office Services and IT)

• 大学本科学历，优选市场/商务、法律或者经济专业背景

• 至少三年市场及业务发展工作经验，需包括中国客户投标经验，有专业服务领域经验人才优先

• 有法律行业工作背景人才优先

• 擅长项目管理及交付

• 擅于与高管团队及合伙人沟通并获得共识
  

• Degree educated, preferably in marketing/business, law or economics

• At least three years of experience or above in business development including with pitching to Chinese clients, preferably in a professional services firm

• Experience of legal services highly preferred

• Proven track record of project management and delivering against objectives
  

• Experience of working in roles that require buy-in and engagement of senior management or partners

• Strong influencing skills combines with diplomacy and discretion
