富而德律师事务所（“富而德”）就蓝月亮集团控股有限公司（“蓝月亮集团”）的全球发售及其股份在香港联交所上市，向联席保荐人及承销商提供法律服务。此次全球发售募集资金12.7亿美元（行使超额配股权前）。股份已于今日（2020年12月16日）开始挂牌交易。

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised the Joint Sponsors and the Underwriters on the global offering and listing of shares in Blue Moon Group Holdings Limited (‘Blue Moon Group’) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option raised proceeds of US$1.27bn. Trading in the shares commenced today (16 December 2020).

Blue Moon Group is a leading consumer-centric household care company in China. Since the launch of its first brand product in 1992, Blue Moon Group has built a strong brand in China with a diverse portfolio of market-leading products that are well-recognised among consumers. Its products primarily comprise three categories: fabric care, personal hygiene and home care. Its liquid laundry detergent, liquid soap and concentrated liquid laundry detergent products had the largest market shares in their respective markets in each of 2017, 2018 and 2019, according to industry research.
