富而德律师事务所（“富而德”）就胜宏科技（惠州）股份有限公司（“胜宏科技”）在香港联交所主板全球发售及H股上市，为联席保荐人和承销商提供香港法和美国法的法律服务，并负责起草本次发行的招股章程。J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited、中信建投（国际）融资有限公司和广发融资（香港）有限公司为本次发行联席保荐人。

Freshfields has provided Hong Kong and U.S. legal advice to the joint sponsors and underwriters on the global offering and listing of H shares of Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. (‘Victory Giant Technology’) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and was responsible for drafting the prospectus for the offering. J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited, China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited and GF Capital (Hong Kong) Limited are the joint sponsors for this offering.
