Freshfields has advised Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Chaozhou Three-Circle”) on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of its global offering and listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”). The offer size of the global offering of Chaozhou Three-Circle was approximately US$912 million (upon full exercise of the over-allotment option, the offering size will reach approximately US$1.05 billion).
