创新驱动已成为全球产业迭代的核心引擎。亚洲凭借蓬勃的产业活力、完善的创新生态与强劲的发展势能，持续领跑全球创新变革。从新质生产力落地、数字技术迭代，到绿色低碳升级、高端制造突破，亚洲创新版图正不断扩容提质。与之共振的知识产权生态体系，在行业先锋的深耕下持续迭代，于战略布局、价值运营与全球博弈中，书写着亚洲智造的新规则。

Innovation-driven development has become the core engine of global industrial iteration. Asia continues to lead global innovation with its vigorous industrial vitality and well-established ecosystem. From new productive forces to high-end manufacturing breakthroughs, Asia's innovation landscape is expanding. The IP ecosystem, iterated by industry pioneers, is writing new rules for Asia's intelligent manufacturing amidst global competition.

自 2024 年起，IPR Daily 携手亚洲多国行业组织共同打造“亚洲 40 位企业知识产权精英（Asia40）”评选活动。截至目前，已揭晓涵盖中国、日本、韩国、新加坡等国的 80 位获奖者，并通过“亚洲知识产权人才盛典”凝聚精英力量，成为亚洲知产领域极具影响力的年度盛事。

Since 2024, IPR Daily has collaborated with Asian industry organizations to organize the "Asian 40 IP In-house Selection (Asia40)". To date, 80 winners from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries have been announced, making it one of the most influential annual events in Asia's IP field.

2026 年，Asia40 评选再次启幕并迭代升级。本年度活动将整合亚洲国际产业与知产资源，拓宽评选维度，聚焦新兴产业创新、合规运营、全球专利布局及成果转化等核心领域，全方位展现亚洲知产从业者的专业力量。活动旨在搭建国际化交流平台，传递亚洲创新声音，赋能人才成长，助力生态圈蓬勃发展。

In 2026, the Asia40 selection kicks off again with upgrades. It will focus on emerging industry innovation, compliant operations, global patent layout, and achievement transformation, showcasing the professional strength of Asian IP practitioners. The event aims to build an international platform to empower talent growth and facilitate the development of the innovation ecosystem.

本次评选候选者工作单位应以总部在亚洲范围内的企业为主，参与者不受性别、年龄、行业、地域和国籍限制。在全球化竞争日趋激烈的当下，知识产权已成为企业核心战略资产。IPR Daily 诚邀各界精英踊跃参评，共绘亚洲创新发展蓝图。

Candidates should primarily work for enterprises headquartered in Asia, with no restrictions on gender, age, industry, region, or nationality. IP has become a core strategic asset. IPR Daily sincerely invites industry elites to participate and jointly draw a new blueprint for Asia's innovative development.

报名征集时间：即日起至 2026 年 10 月 31 日。

Registration Requirements

候选人职位包括但不限于：总部位于亚洲的各企业知识产权主管领导、首席知识产权官、法务总监、知识产权总监（部长/主任/处长）、知识产权经理（主管）、知识产权法务、高级顾问及技术科研负责人等，以及企业创业者或高级管理层。

Positions eligible include IP directors, chief IP officers, legal directors, IP managers, senior consultants, technical research leaders, entrepreneurs, or senior management within enterprises headquartered in Asia.

评选流程
Selection Process

评选分初选、复选和决选三个阶段。将从亚洲贡献力、影响力、创新力和成长力等多维度全面考量，邀请亚洲各领域企业家、投资家、资深 IP 领袖及专家学者进行综合评估。

The process consists of preliminary, semifinal, and final stages. Candidates will be evaluated on contributions, influence, innovation, and growth by entrepreneurs, investors, senior IP leaders, and experts across Asia.

报名方式
Registration Method

报名采取自荐和推荐两种方式（需填报附表并提供职业照一张）。欢迎亚洲各国知产管理部门、行业协会、服务机构及企业推荐，每家机构限推一名并须盖章/签字。

Registration accepts self-recommendation and recommendation (form and photo required). Recommendations from IP departments, associations, agencies, and enterprises are welcome. Each organization is limited to one candidate.

历届“中国 40 Under 40"获奖者在本次评选中享有优先参选权益，最终结果以评委打分为准。

Previous "China 40 Under 40" awardees enjoy priority participation, with final results based on judges' scores.

结果公布
Announcement of Results

评选结果将在 IPR Daily 中英文网站、微信及海外多家平台首发，并联合 IP 行业媒体、知名科技媒体及海外合作媒体进行全面发布。

Results will be first released on IPR Daily's Chinese/English websites, WeChat, and overseas platforms, followed by extensive publication via IP industry and tech media partners.

About Asia IP Talent Awards

本次「亚洲 40 位企业知识产权精英」征集是亚洲知识产权人才盛典（Asia IP Talent Awards）榜单体系的重要组成部分。盛典由 IPR Daily 与 IPR Daily Global 联合主办，依托 Asia40、U30、U40、U50 四大榜单，持续发掘亚洲最具专业影响力与创新活力的知产人才。

This selection is a key part of the Asia IP Talent Awards, co-hosted by IPR Daily and IPR Daily Global. Based on four lists (Asia40, U30, U40, U50), it discovers the most influential and innovative IP talents in Asia.

盛典首届在深圳启幕，第二届落地杭州，第三届将于 2027 年 1 月 9 日移师中国苏州。届时，入选者将受邀出席盛典并登台受奖，与亚洲各地知产精英共襄盛举。

The gala started in Shenzhen, moved to Hangzhou, and will be held in Suzhou, China on January 9, 2027. Selected candidates will be invited to attend and receive awards alongside IP elites from across Asia.

榜单即起点，苏州见。
