该工业区的边界是由塔尔迪库尔干市市长办公室(17.02.2012的第23号)的会议的决定批准和塔尔迪库尔干市政厅(19.03.2012的7-220号)号决议批准。总面积为594.9公顷。迄今为止，所有的建设工作(电源线和照明用变电站安装、道路、渠网络、户外通信网络、供水和污水处理、铁路)已完成。

此外，本年五月拟定召开国内与国外投资者参加的投资论坛。该论坛范围内举行关于城市投资发展潜力的展览和会议、参观塔尔迪库尔干工业区的投资旅游、企业和地方行政机构的双边会晤，这将促进签署相关引起投资及实施项目的协议。

Dear investors! We would like to inform you that in July 28 the city hall of the city of Taldykorgan(Kazkahstan) will hold an investment forum – "Investment Taldykorgan". One of the main tasks of a forum is search and attraction of investments for further development of all branches of economy. Our city has the certain factors doing it attractive to potential investors. This presence of considerable productive and economic potential - the operating Southern industrial zone, the free area of the industrial zone "Taldykorgan", the developed production infrastructure, favorable water and ecological conditions, in combination with the developed social infrastructure. One of positive sides is the transport geographical location which allows carrying out numerous binding functions. For such purposes as attraction of investments and creation of the favorable environment to investors in the city the industrial zone "Taldykorgan" is created.
Borders of the Industrial zone are approved by the decision of a session of the Taldykorgan City council (No. 23 of 17.02.2012) and approved by the resolution of akimat of the city of Taldykorgan (No. 7-220 of 19.03.2012). Total area makes 594,9 hectares. Today all works on leading of industrial infrastructure are complete (the power line and lighting with installation of substation, highways, aryk networks, external communication networks, water supply and the sewerage, access railway tracks).
Besides in May of current holding an investment forum with participation of domestic and foreign investors is planned. Within the forthcoming forum exhibitions and conferences will be held on the potential of investment development of the city, an investment tour in the industrial zone "Taldykorgan", bilateral meetings of business and local executive bodies following the results of which memorandums and the agreement on attraction of investments and implementation of projects will be signed.
