众所周知，亚马逊所有的黑科技里最被广为人知的就是“无限秒杀”或者“无限BD”，就是通过技术手段，配合工具（软件或者插件）来连续不断的参加亚马逊的BD活动（7天周秒杀）。通过这种方式获得长时间存在的秒杀标识以及秒杀流量，不管是提升排名还是清库存，都有奇效！
疗效这么好？副作用呢？
亚马逊是特别擅长秋后算账的平台，基本上的骚操作都会有一个最终的结果就是死店，但是无限秒杀十个例外，到目前为止，大部分人收到的处罚基本都是店铺被拉入秒杀黑名单，再也没有秒杀推荐，无法参加任何秒杀活动。
至于店铺和链接，基本没事（不代表将来不会出问题~）

之前店铺被确认拉入秒杀黑名单之后，市面上可以处理这个情况的服务商，基本都是找神秘的西雅图的渠道来处理，时效很快，而且收费不菲（基本五位数），本周五之前提交，下周就可以有秒杀推荐。但是在去年会员日之后，这种渠道就消失了。（也可能是被zhua~）

但是！在经过会员群友的不断实验下，通过参考网站付费板块的一篇申诉POA，经过自己的修改后提交，居然成功的把店铺秒杀黑名单的问题给解决了，经过经理的确认，秒杀资格的确恢复了，而且在本周已经有了LD的秒杀推荐！

以下是POA模板：
Hi,
我是XXXX的公司负责人。本POA是为了对我们账户违反"秒杀行为准则”的行为进行申诉。
I am director of XXXXX. The reason I am writing this email is to send our Play of Action for the “violation against policy of lightning deals”
违规行为来自我们无意中的错误，我们忽略了亚马逊方的邮件警告以及秒杀的重要性，并且在秒杀期间在后台添加了不同的价格。我对这个错误深表歉意，不仅是因为违规行为，还有可能损害亚马逊对我们的信任。因此，我们已经立即检查所有 ASIN（活跃和不活跃）是否违反了价格定制并予以纠正。并制定详细计划，防止同类问题的再次发生且希望您能看到我们的改正的决心
The violation came from our unintentional mistake of ignoring Amazon's email warning and the importance of the lightning deals, and we terribly set different prices when the lightning deals were still in progress. I am deeply sorry for this mistake, not only because of the violation, but aslo as it may have crimpled Amazon's trust in us. Therefore, we have immediately checked all ASINS (active and inactive) to avoid any price setting violation. And make a detailed plan to prevent the the same problem from happening again and hope that you can see our determination to remedy the mistake.
The Policy that was not compliant:
①我们忽略了亚马逊方的警告邮件，未及时检查问题秒杀
1.We ignored the warming from Amazon’s email and didn’t look into the issue about this lightning deals
②在秒杀开始前期，未及时检查后台的价格，存在了不同的价格包括sale price
2.We didn’t check the set price before the Lightning Deal which led to inconsistent prices including the sale price.
Steps taken to resolve:
①我们就重新了解后台价格定制要求，
1.We learned the rules of setting price at seller central
②检查了店铺里(ACTIVE & INACTIVE)所有的产品的价格，并全部修改了价格，确保符合亚马逊标准
2. We updated the prices of all products (active & inactive) at our store and make sure they are in line with Amazon’s policy.
The steps we have taken to prevent future issue about the deal blacklist of our store:
①我们在做好全面检查之后制定跟进专项小组，及时发现定价问题，以及做好全面的产品销售计划，确保listing价格稳定性；
1.We will establish a special team to follow up on the price on listing to make sure the price is consistent
②我们后期的所有秒杀活动都会在确定好价格，库存，利润，详情页面是否稳定优质的情况下再做申请，确保每一个秒杀都能正常开启
2.We will make sure this mistake will never happen again. We will check every part including stock, profit, price and the quality of detail page before signing up for the lightning deals in the future.
③秒杀开始前期，我们会实时跟踪店铺的价格，杜绝同步多个价格
3.We will double check every price on the listing page to avoid inconsistent price.
④熟读亚马逊“秒杀&定价”相关政策，按照政策严格执行
4.Compliance with Amazon’s policy related to “deals & price” will be our priority and we will strictly follow this policy in the future.
Acknowledgement that if there is a second offence we will permanently be ineligible for deals with no escalation path to resolve:
We admit and take responsibility for this deal abuse mistake and will definitely follow Amazon's policy in the future please give us a chance: we promise we will avoid such things from happening again and if this issue happens again we will lose any deal access permission. We respectfully request that Amazon reinstate our DEALS recommendation privileges. We promise this issue will never happen again.
