金杜律师事务所正式宣布任命王荣康担任金杜欧洲及中东地区首位管理合伙人，负责金杜在欧洲和中东地区的业务发展、运营管理，以及与金杜其它区域办公室的资源对接和协同发展。该任命即日生效，王荣康将于近期赴伦敦办公室履职。
King & Wood Mallesons has appointed Wang Rongkang as the firm’s EUME Managing Partner to lead KWM’s strategic development, operations and integration across Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Wang takes up the position with immediate effect in London.

王荣康自1998年加盟金杜，是投资与并购领域的资深合伙人，目前还担任金杜国际管委会委员、中国区管委会委员和财务委员会负责人，曾负责组建金杜深圳办公室并一直担任金杜华南区管理合伙人，对推进金杜在华南地区深圳和广州办公室的发展壮大，及该地区与其他办公室尤其是金杜香港实现互联互通做出重要贡献。
Wang Rongkang joined the firm in 1998. He is currently a senior partner in investment and M&A, and a member of KWM’s International Management Committee and China Management Committee. Mr. Wang is also Chair of KWM China Finance Committee. Mr Wang was one of the founders of KWM Shenzhen office and had been acting as the Managing Partner of South China offices. Mr Wang has made great contributions to the integration of KWM global network, the development of Shenzhen and Guangzhou offices, and the interconnectivity amongst the south China offices with other KWM regional offices especially Hong Kong office for their growth altogether.

Following last week KWM Frankfurt office announced two new lateral partners will join us on 1 October, 2017, KWM London office promotes two lawyers to its partnership.
