KWM releases "Law
and Practice in the Greater Bay Area I "(English)
2018年10月23日，港珠澳大桥正式启用，作为连接粤港澳三地的跨境大通道，港珠澳大桥的启用加快了粤港澳大湾区一体化发展进程。11月，国家发改委新闻发言人表示，将打造国际科技创新中心。积极吸引和对接全球创新资源，建设以“广州—深圳—香港—澳门”科技创新走廊为主轴的粤港澳大湾区发展创新极。为响应配合国家战略的发展，金杜依托深圳、广州、香港、三亚办公室雄厚的律师资源和全球网络，成立了金杜国际中心，时刻关注粤港澳大湾区的市场需要，衔接和释放金杜全球网络资源。
Since its official opening on 23 October 2018, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the longest sea-crossing tunnel bridge connecting Guangdong, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, has further accelerated the integration of the Greater Bay Area. In November this year, a spokesperson of the National Development and Reform Commission highlighted the country’s initiatives to build up an international technology and innovation hub in the Greater Bay Area. In particular, China will actively attract and leverage resources worldwide to power the Greater Bay Area into a growth and innovation pole along the “Guangzhou – Shenzhen – Hong Kong – Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor”. In response to the development of national strategy, King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) established the KWM International Center in the Greater Bay Area to combine expertise of our Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Sanya offices and resources across our global network so that we are best positioned to satisfy market demands and assist our clients to tap the potentials in the region.
11月，金杜律师事务所和金杜法律研究院联合出版了《粤港澳大湾区的法律与实践Ⅰ》（中文版），本次发布的为英文版。
