此次活动由深圳市知识产权局、华强北街道办事处联合深圳中电智谷运营有限公司举办。深圳市知识产权局知识产权促进处调研员 路云飞，华强北街道办副主任 杜涵涵，深圳市知识产权局华强北监管所所长 姚雪雄、副所长 洪创胜出席本次活动，深圳新创友知识产权代理有限公司总经理 江耀纯、深圳市力道知识产权代理事务所负责人 李文文为本次讲座主讲。

本次活动嘉宾简介
江耀纯，深圳新创友知识产权代理有限公司总经理。专利代理人、商标代理人，国家专利代理高层次人才，具律师资格，系清华大学理学硕士、国际知识产权律师联合会（FICPI）会员、国际商标协会会员、中华全国专利代理师协会（ACPAA）理事、广东专利代理协会（GDP AA）理事、深圳市专利协会（SZPA）副会长、深圳市知识产权司法鉴定专家，曾荣获"深圳市知识产权工作先进个人"称号。
李文文，深圳市力道知识产权代理事务所商标部负责人，从事知识产权工作多年，尤其在国内商标申请、评审案件材料撰写以及涉外商标申请和保护方案策划等方面积累了丰富的实践经验；曾多次受邀参与国际商标协会（INTA）举办的学术研讨和业务交流、中华商标协会（CTA）举办的商标代理人培训等国内外重要知识产权活动；曾为多家国内大型企事业单位提供专业、细致的服务，包括腾讯、招商蛇口、国民技术、优必选、飞亚达、铁汉、诺嘉、瑞和建筑等等，获得客户高度认可。擅长领域包括国内外商标申请、国内外商标维权、国内外商标保护方案策划等。
