11月15日，以色列欧亚企业联盟董事会副主席 Migirov Valery、电子发烧友活动项目组总经理陈路一行来访中电信息、中电智谷，中电信息副总工程师方泽南、业务管理部总经理赵琮，深圳中电智谷运营有限公司总经理孙巍热情接待，双方就企业联盟在以色列拥有的大量创新型企业资源意向在中国寻找技术项目合作和市场发展机遇等方面进行了交流。
欧亚企业联盟现有来自45个国家的会员企业4500多家，重点为APEC、欧盟、金砖国家等区域的中小型企业开展贸易、项目交流服务，有其定期举办的展会品牌和B2B线上交易系统，为加强企业间跨国合作创造价值。电子发烧友是中国高科技行业综合门户平台，专注技术涵盖电源技术、模拟数字、嵌入式、单片机、通信网络、传感控制、汽车电子、医疗电子、电子制造、半导体技术等，为行业内企业和技术人员提供提供专业、集成化的服务。

基于华强北完善的电子元器件配套环境和智能硬件导入中国的窗口地位，以色列中小型企业的应用创新项目非常希望能在国内寻求合适的合作资源、匹配市场和可提供整合服务的孵化平台。电子发烧友垂直领域的技术资源结合其与以方合作的海外创新项目也将在华强北开展产业对接服务。各方在洽谈中就在中电智谷设立中以科技创新中心达成初步意向，将举办中以科技创新交流会，建立两地沟通平台，筛选优质项目资源，以中电智谷为在地载体，推进科技产业资源的进一步对接和合作。
