中电智谷国际友人“留深”过大年，齐心送“福”好运来

贴春联、挂灯笼、吃饺子、看《春晚》......

随着深圳的国际化建设步伐加快，越来越多的“老外”选择在深圳工作生活，也逐渐喜欢上了中国的习俗，过起了传统节日。

近日，福田区外事办在华强北国际智能硬件创客空间开展“首善福田·福虎大吉”中外友人共贺新春系列活动，与中电智谷中外创客一起欢度新春佳节。

我来中国很多年了。

I’ve been living in China for many years.

差不多有23年了。

Roughly 23 years.

首先中国春节代表着假期。

First of all, spring festival means vacation.

通常你可以通过假期从工作中解脱出来。

So in general you can switch off a little bit from business.

和朋友一起聚会放松。

And then relax with friends.

在中国的一些地方 吃饺子是庆祝春节的传统方式。

There are places where dumplings are a tradition.

也有些地方，春节的传统文化是把一些小东西放在饺子里，

where there are places where things with the plenty of small things，

比如说把豆子放进饺子，

Like beans is a tradition，

因为它代表着财富,

because it represents money,

因为中国很大 所以我不能概括成一个，中国有很多不同的传统文化。

So I can not say exactly one.

但是不管怎么样，传统春节一定会有饺子。

But definitely many dumplings for sure.

中国4年里我们都认为中国新年很有意思。

We think the Chinese new year are very interesting.

中国新年有很多庆祝活动。

They have many activities.

当我在南非的时候。

When it's in South Africa.

我们不得不等待几个月去获取一个元器件。

I would have to wait a couple of months to get a component.

在这，在华强北我们就可以直接过去拿，半小时搞定。

Here, I can walk to get it and come back within half an hour.

我们就可以继续研发。

And then start working on it.

所以这就是非常大的不同。

So that makes a huge difference.

我认为在电气 元器件等产品上。

I think for electronics and hands-on.
