CEC BLACKARK International Smart Hardware Innovation Centre (BLACKARK) is an industry empowerment platform and PKS joint innovation space laid out and built by China Electronics Corporation (CEC), one of the world's top 500 companies, in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, located in the core area of Huaqiang North, the first street of electronics in China. It is managed and operated by Shenzhen CEC BLACKARK Operation Co.
