1.东阿阿胶与瀚耕集团签署十年合作协议，将在巴基斯坦共建驴产业研究中心
Dong'e-E-Jiao, Hangeng sign 10-year deal to establish Pakistan donkey research center
周三，山东聊城举办国际合作签约仪式，央企华润医药旗下上市企业、国内头部阿胶品牌东阿阿胶股份有限公司，正式授予瓜达尔瀚耕集团为其在巴基斯坦唯一战略合作伙伴。
根据协议，瀚耕集团获得为期十年授权，负责筹建巴基斯坦驴产业研究中心，以及驴产业可持续发展与动物福利促进工作站。
双方将携手推动巴基斯坦驴产业走向科学化、标准化、全流程可追溯、可持续化发展，深化中巴两国农牧业领域合作。
瀚耕集团首席执行官廖安迪接受《瓜达尔报》采访时表示，本次合作将依托世界 500 强央企华润集团雄厚的产业资源与科研实力。
他介绍，东阿阿胶在中医药研发、品质标准搭建、品牌运营、驴产业专项研究领域具备深厚积累。
瀚耕集团已在巴基斯坦搭建完整本地产业链，涵盖良种选育、规模化养殖、订单农业、动物溯源、屠宰加工以及对华出口全环节。
本次合作框架下，东阿阿胶将为巴方提供科研技术、品种改良、质量标准、专业人才培训、产业链搭建全方位支持。双方计划合资打造驴产业实验室，聚焦良种培育、畜禽营养、疫病防控、行业标准制定四大方向。
协议约定，双方合力推进巴基斯坦规模化养殖、疫病监测、驴种质资源保护、源头标准化登记工作。巴方将完善养殖场备案、繁育档案、疫病检测体系，从源头提升产品溯源能力与安全水平。
双方将联合对接当地主管部门，打通兽医认证、出入境检疫、清关、溯源核验全流程，保障合规驴产品对华出口。
技术合作范围包含繁育技术、饲料营养、疫病防控，同时升级屠宰加工厂房设备；针对屠宰、深加工、仓储、冷链全流程推行标准化管理，满足中国市场准入与食品安全相关规定。
廖安迪称，此次合作能够推动巴基斯坦驴产业标准化、现代化、国际化，带动当地就业、提升农户收入，完善当地兽医体系，发展高附加值畜牧产业。
协议同时着重强调动物福利、生态环保与驴资源可持续管控，双方共同杜绝有损行业长期可持续发展的经营模式。
具体投资规划、产品品类及其他商务细节，将在后续正式补充协议中敲定。
Dong'e-E-Jiao Co., Ltd., China's leading Ejiao brand and a listed company under China Resources Pharmaceutical Group, officially recognized Gwadar-based Hangeng Group as its only strategic partner in Pakistan at an international cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, Hangeng Group has also been authorized to establish the Pakistan Research Center for the Donkey Industry and the Donkey Sustainable Development and Welfare Promotion Unit for a 10-year term.
The two sides will cooperate to promote a more scientific, standardized, traceable and sustainable donkey industry in Pakistan, while strengthening China-Pakistan cooperation in the livestock and agricultural sectors.
Speaking to Gwadar Pro, Andy Liao, CEO of Hangeng Group, said the cooperation would benefit from the broader industrial resources and research capabilities of China Resources Group, a major Chinese state-owned enterprise and Fortune Global 500 company.
Dong'e-E-Jiao has extensive expertise in traditional Chinese medicine research and development, quality standards, brand development and donkey-industry research, Liao said.
Liao said Hangeng has established an integrated local value chain covering selective breeding, farm-based production, contract farming, animal traceability, slaughtering and processing, and exports to China.
As part of the cooperation, Dong'e-E-Jiao will provide support in scientific research, breed improvement, quality standards, professional training and supply-chain development. The two sides also plan to jointly invest in a donkey-industry laboratory focusing on improved breeds, animal nutrition, disease prevention and control, and industry standards.
The agreement envisages joint efforts to strengthen farm-based breeding, disease monitoring, conservation of donkey resources and standardized source registration in Pakistan. The Pakistani side will also strengthen farm registration, breeding records and disease inspection systems to improve traceability and safety at source.
The two sides will cooperate with relevant authorities on veterinary certification, quarantine, customs procedures and traceability verification to facilitate compliant exports to China.
Technical cooperation will cover breeding technology, nutrition and feed, disease prevention and control, as well as upgrading slaughtering and processing facilities. Standardized management will also be introduced for slaughtering, processing, warehousing and cold-chain operations to meet relevant Chinese market-access and safety requirements.
Liao said the cooperation could contribute to the standardization, modernization and international development of Pakistan's donkey sector, while creating opportunities for local employment, higher farmer incomes, veterinary capacity-building and higher-value livestock production.
The agreement also emphasizes animal welfare, environmental protection and sustainable management of donkey resources, with both sides seeking to prevent practices that could undermine the sector's long-term sustainability.
Specific investment arrangements, product scope and other business details will be finalized through subsequent formal agreements.
2.巴基斯坦 7 月出口额同比增长 10.4%
Pakistan's exports rise 10.4 pct year-on-year in July
巴基斯坦统计局（PBS）周二发布临时贸易数据显示，2026 财年首个月份（2026 年 7 月）巴基斯坦出口额达 29.6 亿美元，同比上涨 10.4%。
数据显示，7 月出口额较 6 月的 22.4 亿美元环比大增 32.11%。
进口方面，7 月进口总额 69.4 亿美元，去年同期为 58.4 亿美元，同比增长 18.9%；对比 6 月 69 亿美元，环比小幅上涨 0.59%。
受进出口差额扩大影响，巴基斯坦 7 月贸易逆差达 39.8 亿美元，2025 年同期逆差为 31.5 亿美元。
针织品为本月第一大出口品类，出口规模约 5.34 亿美元，成衣、床上用品紧随其后。
主要进口商品中，电气机械设备进口额位居首位，原油及石油制品分列二三位。
巴基斯坦统计局表示，以上数据为临时统计结果，后续纳入完整海关报关数据后数值或将调整。
Pakistan's exports increased 10.4 percent year-on-year to 2.96 billion U.S. dollars in July 2026, the first month of the new fiscal year, according to provisional trade data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
Exports also rose 32.11 percent month-on-month from 2.24 billion dollars in June, the data showed on Tuesday.
Imports, meanwhile, increased 18.9 percent year-on-year to 6.94 billion dollars in July, compared with 5.84 billion dollars in the same month last year. On a monthly basis, imports edged up 0.59 percent from 6.90 billion dollars in June.
As a result, Pakistan's trade deficit widened to 3.98 billion dollars in July, compared with 3.15 billion dollars in the corresponding month of 2025.
Knitwear was the country's largest export item in July, valued at around 534 million dollars, followed by readymade garments and bedwear.
Among major imports, electrical machinery and apparatus topped the list, followed by crude petroleum and petroleum products.
The PBS said the figures are provisional and may be revised after the inclusion of additional customs data.
3.BCEM 将为巴基斯坦电缆公司建设 7.5 兆瓦风电项目
BCEM to develop 7.5MW wind power project for Pakistan cables
布尔吉清洁能源伊斯兰融资基金（BCEM）与巴基斯坦电缆有限公司签署租赁协议，将在该公司位于信德省努里亚巴德的生产厂区，建设一座 7.5 兆瓦风力发电项目。
该项目采用建设—拥有—运营—移交（BOOT）模式开发。按照合作模式，BCEM 负责风电项目的建设、持有与运营，并向巴基斯坦电缆公司供应可再生电力。
BCEM 于周三向巴基斯坦证券交易所（PSX）发布公告称，哈比卜银行（HBL）已为该基金提供项目融资授信。
BCEM 是巴基斯坦证券交易所首家上市伊斯兰绿色能源基金。公司表示，本次合作是其拓展清洁能源、可再生能源方案的重要一步，助力巴基斯坦向可持续发电模式转型。
公告指出，这座规划中的风电项目有望降低企业对化石能源的依赖，提升能源利用效率。
公告补充，该项目将为巴基斯坦电缆工厂供应清洁电力，助力两家合作企业实现长期可持续发展目标。
依托 BOOT 合作机制，BCEM 全权负责项目建设与运营，巴基斯坦电缆公司则可在生产过程中使用项目产出的可再生电力。
Burj Clean Energy Modaraba (BCEM) has entered into a lease agreement with Pakistan Cables Limited to develop a 7.5 MW wind power project at the latter's manufacturing facility in Nooriabad, Sindh.
The project will be developed under a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) arrangement, under which BCEM will be responsible for developing, owning and operating the wind power facility and supplying renewable energy to Pakistan Cables.
According to a notice issued by BCEM to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has provided a project financing facility to the Modaraba for the project.
BCEM is the first listed Islamic green energy fund on the PSX. The company said the agreement represents a significant step in its efforts to expand clean and renewable energy solutions and support Pakistan's shift towards sustainable power generation.
The proposed wind project is expected to reduce reliance on fossil fuel-based energy while improving energy efficiency, the notice said.
It added that the initiative would also support the participating companies' long-term sustainability objectives by providing Pakistan Cables with renewable electricity from the facility.
Through the BOOT structure, BCEM will undertake the development and operation of the project while Pakistan Cables will receive renewable power for its manufacturing operations.
