2026 年 7 月，墨西哥国家海关署（ANAM）税收收入达 1316.16 亿比索（约 73.12 亿美元），创下 2026 年以来单月最高纪录。该收入较 6 月环比增长 8.7%，较 2025 年 7 月同比增长 5.4%。
In July 2026, the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM) collected 131.616 billion pesos (about 7.312 billion US dollars) in revenue, the highest monthly figure so far in 2026. The amount rose 8.7% month-on-month from June and 5.4% year-on-year compared with July 2025.

海关部门将税收增长归因于运营效率提升、监管执法强化以及打击非法贸易的专项行动。2026 年 1 至 7 月，全国海关累计税收达 7910.09 亿比索（约 439.449 亿美元），征管成本维持低位，每征收 100 比索仅投入 0.25 比索运营成本。
The customs authority attributed the revenue growth to improved operational efficiency, strengthened supervision and law enforcement, and targeted campaigns against illegal trade. From January to July 2026, cumulative national customs revenue reached 791.009 billion pesos (about 43.9449 billion US dollars). The collection cost remained low at only 0.25 pesos for every 100 pesos of revenue generated.
外贸业务量创 19 个月新高
Foreign trade operations hit 19-month high
同期海关业务量同步攀升，7 月全国累计完成 195.76 万笔外贸操作，环比增长 2%，为 2025 年 1 月以来的最高单月业务量。
Customs operations also rose in tandem. In July, a total of 1.9576million foreign trade operations were processed nationwide, up 2% month-on-month, marking the highest monthly volume since January 2025.

按业务量统计，新拉雷多海关以超 50 万笔操作量居全国首位，华雷斯城、蒂华纳分列二三位，单月操作量均超 15 万笔，曼萨尼约、雷诺萨均突破 10 万笔。
In terms of operation volume, Nuevo Laredo Customs ranked first nationwide with over 500,000 operations. Ciudad Juárez and Tijuana came second and third, each with more than 150,000 monthly operations. Manzanillo and Reynosa both exceeded 100,000 operations.
税收贡献最高的口岸
Top ports by revenue contribution
按税收贡献统计，曼萨尼约海关为全国第一大税收口岸，贡献全国海关税收总量的 15% 以上；新拉雷多以 14% 的占比位列第二。
In terms of revenue contribution, Manzanillo Customs is the country's top revenue-generating port, accounting for more than 15% of total national customs revenue. Nuevo Laredo ranks second with a 14% share.

Two core reform targets for the customs system
2026 年 4 月，墨西哥总统明确海关系统两大核心改革方向：一是实现全流程数字化升级，二是扩大 X 光、伽马射线等非侵入式查验设备的应用，兼顾通关效率与监管精度。
In April 2026, the President of Mexico clarified two core reform directions for the customs system: first, to achieve full-process digital upgrading; second, to expand the application of non-intrusive inspection equipment such as X-ray and gamma-ray machines, to balance clearance efficiency and supervision accuracy.
总统同时指出，税收规模是衡量海关运行成效的核心指标，更高的税收对应更规范的通关秩序、更少的走私违规行为，是海关改革成效的直接体现。
The president also noted that revenue scale is a core indicator of customs performance. Higher revenue corresponds to more standardized clearance procedures and fewer smuggling violations, serving as a direct reflection of customs reform results.
