To support companies in navigating evolving regulations and strengthening workplace compliance, the British Chamber of Commerce Southwest China, AmCham China Southwest Chapter, China-Australia Chamber of Commerce West China, Italian Chamber of Commerce in China, and Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China Southwest Office have jointly invited experts from the Chengdu Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court and Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Publicity and Consultation Center to deliver a specialized training session on female employees' rights protection.
本次培训将紧扣 2025 年 11 月新修订的《四川省人口与计划生育条例》，深度解析女职工在婚育假期、劳动保护等方面的权益保障及企业合规义务。课程结合真实仲裁案例，针对企业用工实际痛点进行剖析，助力构建和谐稳定的劳动关系。
The session will explore key updates in the Sichuan Provincial Regulations on Population and Family Planning (effective November 2025), focusing on maternity-related rights, employer obligations, and practical compliance.
